"Magnificent! You made defeating the Amphisbaena look so easy!"

After the Amphisbaena's subjugation, Finn and the other observing adventurers approached, showering Mika and his companions with praise.

"There's nothing to praise. The Amphisbaena's defeat was inevitable," Mika stated matter-of-factly, withdrawing his spear from the monster's magic stone. He watched as the massive stone crumbled into dust.

Although officially a Level 4, Mika's combat strength rivaled that of a Level 6.

Wielding the "Gáe Buidhe" a weapon specifically designed to counter dungeon monsters, and supported by Airmid and the others, Mika couldn't fathom a scenario where they would fail.

"He's got a point," Finn chuckled.

"In terms of pure strength, Mika is already on par with us."

Finn's words sent a ripple of shock through the assembled adventurers.

While Riveria and the others were surprised, it wasn't entirely unexpected. They had witnessed Mika's prowess in battle firsthand.

However, Shakti and the others were utterly astonished.

To be compared to Finn, a first-tier adventurer, was an incredibly high accolade.

"I believe I still fall short compared to you," Mika responded humbly.

While his words were modest, they weren't fully inaccurate.

In Orario, a peculiar phenomenon existed among the strongest adventurers: they possessed combat abilities that surpassed their official levels.

This was a consequence of the Falna system.

Every adventurer who had risen to the ranks of first-tier through countless life-or-death battles possessed unique, almost superhuman abilities.

And among these individuals, those considered geniuses wielded even more extraordinary powers.

They were, in essence, walking cheat codes.

Therefore, high-level adventurers were not directly comparable to monsters of the same level.

Take Bell Cranel, the future protagonist, for example.

At Level 1, he defeated a Level 2 Minotaur, achieving the feat necessary to reach Level 2.

This phenomenon was typically observed only at lower levels.

At higher levels, even if a Level 5 adventurer defeated a regular monster with the potential to reach Level 6, it wouldn't be considered a feat worthy of leveling up.

For them, it was simply business as usual.

Only the dungeon's Irregulars posed a true challenge to these exceptionally powerful adventurers.

Similarly, in this current expedition, although their stated goal was a group level-up, it was merely a formality.

Finn and the others knew that even if they defeated Balor, Ottar, already a Level 6, was unlikely to level up.

The only ones likely to advance were the six Level 5 adventurers.

Likewise, in the future Udaeus campaign, it wouldn't be the five veterans who leveled up, but rather Mika, Shakti, and Tsubaki.
