A day later, we were standing in what everyone thought was the lost kingdom.

"How is this possible?" I asked.

"This is the kingdom where I am from" Riven explained. "And we control shadows.."

"Yes I know you control shadows"

Even during sex he controlled shadows.

"So when the big war happened, they let the kingdom disappear" he explained.

The big war. It was the war between Velora and Atarah.

Or between Jamie and Queen Sophia.

Jamie, Riven and I walked through the streets, for once, we weren't walking to the castle.

He was obviously avoiding it. I had my suspicion why.

"So why did you leave?" Jamie asked, I guess he didn't have a suspicion, or he wanted to know for sure.

"I had some disagreement with my mother" he mumbled. "Anyways, we have to go this way"

Jamie looked at me with a frown. "A disagreement with his mother?"

"The queen" I whispered.

And it was like he finally understood Riven's past. His mother was the queen, he was the prince.

But I didn't know what the disagreement was about. What would be so bad that he had to run away?

Or run to Utopia, which was even worse.

We followed Riven into a building, probably where the healer was.

Riven shook someone's hand, talked to him for a while and then they both looked at us.

"The famous Chaos, in my home" the healer said.

"Uh hi?" Jamie said.

Many people thought Chaos would be some kind of mean looking dude and when they saw Jamie, they didn't really believe it.

Because Jamie didn't look dangerous, he had to thank his dimples for that.

"And who's this beautiful woman?" He turned to me, held my hand and kissed the top of it.

Very strange.

"This is my girlfriend" Riven quickly stepped next to me, pulled me closer to him.

Girlfriend? Did he just call me his girlfriend?

"Right, I'm Stormi" I introduced myself. "And Riven's girlfriend"

"Oh excuse me princess Stormi" he immediately took a step back, bowed down. "I didn't know" he apologized.

Why was he bowing for me but not for Jamie?

"Anyways, we need you to heal Chaos" Riven said, referring to Jamie as Chaos because he obviously didn't want people to know his real name.

"He seems perfectly fine" the healer said as he looked at Jamie.

"Well, I am" Jamie said. "But unfortunately I am missing my heart"

"And you need to put it back in" Riven said as he showed the ice box with the heart.

The healer definitely couldn't believe his eyes and I couldn't blame him.

It was absolutely insane what we were asking here. Also pretty insane that there was a beating heart inside a box.

But then again, they put an entire shadow over their kingdom so everyone would think they were gone.

Pretty insane too.

"You want me to put a heart back in his chest?"

All three of us nodded.

He sighed, looked at Riven again. "You're sure about this?"

I know what he meant, everyone knew what he meant.

If he was putting the heart back, then Jamie would have his powers back.
All of them.

He would be extremely powerful and everyone was kinda scared of that.

Chaos with half of his powers was scary but Chaos with all this powers was just terrifying.

Even I was kinda scared about it. It's been decades since his powers went away.

So I understood the hesitation on Riven's face.

"I am sure" Riven nodded.

"Okay then" the healer looked at Jamie again. "Let's go then"

Jamie followed the healer, giving me and Riven some time alone.

"So Prince Riven, this is your kingdom, huh?"

He chuckled. "Yes princess Stormi, it is"

"Will you ever be King Riven?"

He shook his head. "Just like you, I have an older brother, so we will always be prince and princess"

I nodded at that.

"Are you disappointed?" He asked.

"No not at all" I put my arms around his neck, pressing my lips against his. "We're way too fun to be King and Queen anyways"

"Exactly" he smiled against my lips. "I would rather break into crypts with you than to rule a kingdom"

"And besides, I think we would suck at ruling a kingdom" I chuckled.

"Oh definitely" he put his hand on my cheek. "You're way too aggressive and hotheaded"

"And you're way too happy all the time" I said.

He chuckled at that. He knew I was right though and to be fair, so was he.

I would just kill everyone who annoyed me.

I leaned closer to him, kissed his neck softly. "But it would be hot to fuck on a throne though" I whispered.

He groaned, wanted to say something but Jamie walked back in the room soon after.

It made us break apart and turn to him.

He looked at us with a smile on his face. "Let's go get some revenge"
