I straightened my back, readying myself to outline the updated project timeline. The team gathered around the long mahogany table, leaning in with anticipation. The fluorescent lights hummed above, casting a clear, bright glow over our notes and screens.

"Alright, everyone, here's the revised roadmap for Pres. Helen's private resort project," simula ko, ipinapakita ang detalyadong plano sa screen.

"Engr. Clara Reyes and Ms. Andrea Gonzales will then step in for the preliminary site analysis, focusing on terrain evaluation and sustainable integration. This will span Days 4 to 7," I continued, shifting my gaze to Clara, who smiled reassuringly.

"Next, we move into the design stage, where Ar. Iris Tan will lead with my support, alongside Sir Leo Cruz and Ar. Sofia dela Cruz, to develop preliminary designs. The team will create schematic drawings for the villas, pool, and hall through Weeks 2 to 3. By the end of Week 4, Sir Troy Villanueva and Ar. Jamie Soriano will provide 3D models and visualizations, prepping us for the initial client presentation on September 30."

"Phase 2, design development and permit approvals for weeks 5 to 8. Timeline, early October to end of October" pagbasa ko sa next slide.

Iris leaned forward as I elaborated. "The next step is detailed design development, which runs into early October. Here, we'll be working closely with Engr. Ethan jotted down quick notes while Isabel glanced at the permit checklist on her tablet.

The leadership and technical teams will conduct detailed inspections, ensuring Kinspire's standards are met. On March 25, we'll host the client walkthrough and a handover ceremony, where we'll guide Pres. Helen through the completed resort and celebrate this milestone."
