"I'm not going to just drop Roman and get back with you" Jasmine clarified. "I know we have a bond, which, broken or not, will always draw us together, but I couldn't do that to him"

"You're right. I shouldn't have asked" Dean replied. "You probably hate me, anyway"

"I don't hate you" Jasmine corrected. "I was angry at you for a while, but now I'm just disappointed. We could have avoided all of this if you had just told me how you felt"

"I know what it's like to be a newborn and I didn't want to stress you out, in fact it thought that by breaking our bond I would help you" Dean explained

"Well, there's nothing we can do about it now. What's done is done" Jasmine said as she pulled her hand away from Dean's. "I'm more concerned with Imperium coming back"

"That's why I returned." Dean revealed "I heard they were reforming and I couldn't let them take you again."

"I may not have a power, but when the time comes I'm going to fight."

Dean raised his head, making eye contact with Jasmine. "You don't have a power?"

"No. There's a possibility it has been delayed by the bond break" Jasmine explained.

Before Dean could reply, Roman appeared in the forest clearing and Dean could feel the worry coming from him. Dean got to his feet as Roman approached him.

"What's wrong Ro? You seem worried" Dean taunted.

Roman shoved him, causing Dean to stumble over a fallen tree. Jasmine moved to get between them, but Dean was already on his feet and lunged towards Roman, punching him in the face. Roman retaliated with a punch of his own to Dean's ribs and Jasmine was considering running back to the house to get Seth to help her, but she could see him already heading towards them.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Seth exclaimed as he reached the meadow

Roman and Dean were tussling on the forest floor, and Seth moved to break them apart. Jasmine took hold of Roman's arm as he backed away.

"Hey Ro..." Dean shouted. He seemed to back away, but at the last minute, he lunged forward with his hand clenched into a fist. "You forgot this"

"Enough!!" Jasmine yelled

She extended her arm towards Dean and as soon as her hand made contact with Dean's body, a strong force threw him upwards into the air, several feet backwards into the nearest tree. He landed with a heavy thud and the impact knocked him out.

"What the..." Seth gasped as he looked at Jasmine. "hell was THAT!?"

Jasmine was in shock as she looked down at her hand. "I...hardly touched him!"

"Well, shit!!" Seth laughed. "That's one hell of a power Jazz"

"I feel weird" Jasmine said as she suddenly got light headed

"Let's get you back to the house" Roman said as he lifted Jasmine up and carried her, bridal style, back towards the house. Roman placed her down on the sofa before grabbing her a drink. "Here, drink this. Using your power for the first time can be tiring"

Jasmine drank as she watched Seth make his way back towards the house. Dean wasn't with him.

"Is he ok?" she asked

"The back of his head is busted open" Seth explained

"Is he conscious?" Jasmine asked, feeling guilty "can he walk?"

"He's conscious" Seth answered as he made his way towards the kitchen. "He asked me to get some venom from the fridge"

Seth rushed past them with a vial of venom in his hand.

Roman was on edge as he sat down beside Jasmine. He cared for her, but he knew there was a very real possibility that now Dean was back, his relationship with her would end. It was her choice who she spent time with and who she ultimately would decide to be with, but it didn't make it any easier to accept. If she chose to be with Dean, it would hurt a lot, but he would have to step aside because he wanted her to be happy.

Jasmine leant against Roman's chest. "That scared the shit out of me. What I did out there. It just came from nowhere!"

"I shouldn't have attacked him" Roman mumbled. "He just knows how to push my buttons''

Before Jasmine could reply, Seth and Dean made their way back inside the house and a fresh wave of guilt washed over her. She hadn't meant to hurt Dean. All she knew was that she was frustrated and angry and then Dean was flying through the air.

"Are you ok?" Jasmine asked as Dean walked past her

"It's nothing some venom and a few sips of blood won't fix" Dean replied

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to do that" Jasmine apologised. "I didn't even know I could do that"

"It's fine" Dean assured. "I think the best thing for me to do is leave...I can see that me being here is causing unnecessary stress, especially on top of everything else, so I'm gonna stay in a hotel. If Imperium come back, call me and I'll come straight over"

Jasmine was in a state of uncertainty. Roman made her feel safe. He was caring, protective and passionate and he always made her feel better just by wrapping his arms around her, but Dean...he captivated her in a way that was all-consuming. The love she felt for him was strong and like nothing she had ever experienced, but he had betrayed her and she was finding it difficult to get over that. She understood why Dean had broken their bond, but by doing so; he had lost her trust. Despite all of this, she didn't want him to leave.

"This is your home too..." she reminded him. 'please don't go'

She didn't verbalise the second part, but Dean heard it.

"Ro and I are on the road until Sunday." Seth spoke. "Meaning Jazz will be in the house by herself all week. Maybe it's best if you stay"

Roman had been anxious about Jasmine being alone in the house, but it didn't exactly fill him with joy to think of Dean keeping her company, either.

"Ro?" Seth asked

"Why are you asking me?" Roman replied "You already know how I feel about him being here"

Seth looked at Jasmine. "Jazz?"

Jasmine was unsure what to say. She wanted Dean to stay, but she didn't want to upset Roman.

"I don't want to be here by myself" she admitted, "not until I can learn to control my power properly. I could seriously injured myself or even..."

"Its settled then" Seth interrupted. "Dean stays"
