Perrie's P.O.V

As soon as I landed I saw my mum, engulfing her in a hug.

"Hey Mum." I whispered, getting teared up a little.

"Hello Perrie" She whispered back. I pulled away and grabbed my suitcase.

"How are you Mum?" I asked, looking at her tired features.

"I'm fine sweetheart, how are you?" She replied, a sad tone seeping through her voice.

"I'm fine Mum. Can we go see Uncle Craig now?" I asked. I just need to see him, to make sure he's OK, for now.

"Sure honey. The car's waiting out the front." Mum told me. I nodded and looked at the ground, pulling my beanie down more over my head, hoping I won't get seen. I really don't need cameras or fans in my face at the moment.

We quickly got past all the business people and happy families and into Mum's SUV. I put my suitcase in the boot and got in the passenger seat, while Mum turned the engine on and we drove to Uncle Craig and Auntie Mary's house. I was shaking. Mum seemed to notice and she took one hand off the wheel an placed it on my knee, trying to calm me down. It worked for a while, but when we turned down Uncle Craig's street I got jittery again.

"Perrie, sweetheart, it'll be fine. Don't worry." Mum said soothingly, but that made it worse.

"Mum, it's not going to be fine." I whispered and got out of the car.

I quickly walked up the pathway and rang the doorbell of my Auntie and Uncles house, Mum right behind me. I was nervous but excited because I haven't seen them in almost a year. The door opened and Auntie Mary stood there, her features exhausted like Mums. I pulled her in for a hug.

"I've missed you so much." I whispered into Aunt Mary's ear.

"I've missed you too, dear." She whispered back. I slowly pulled away an continued into the house while Mum and Aunt Mary talked for a little bit.

I walked into the lounge room and saw Uncle Craig sitting there, reading the newspaper.

"U-Uncle Craig?" I said, watching him as he looked up in surprise.

"Perrie! Darlin' how are you?" He said smiling.

"I'm fine. How are you?" I asked being polite. His face faltered a little, because he knew that the answer wasn't positive.

"Perrie, I'll be fine hun." He said trying to cheer me up.

"No, no you won't! You're sick with a terrible disease and I'm most likely going to go back to London to do work so I won't be able to spend time with you an-" I was cut off, and thank god too, because I was about to cry.

"Perrie! Calm down love. I understand that you have to go do your job, but that's because you love doing it. I honestly don't mind, Perrie. Seeing you happy and having an amazing career which you love is all I need from you. I'm so proud of you Darlin'." Uncle Craig said. I may have been on the verge of tears before but now the tears were flowing. He pulled me in for a hug that would have lasted longer if Mum and Auntie Mary didn't walk through the door.

"Perrie, sweetheart, I think you should call the girls. Or at least Zayn, OK?" Mum suggested. I nodded slightly and walked out the front door pulling out my phone. Should I call Zayn or the girls? I decided on calling Jade, most likely the other two are with her. I pressed on Jades contact and put the phone to my ear.

"Hello?" Jades voice came through the phone.

"Hey Jade, it's Perrie." I replied, earning Jade to gasp. I'm not surprised she didn't know who I was, she never checks her Caller ID.

"Guys! Guys! Perrie's on the phone!" I heard Jade say faintly. I laughed lightly. Jade can be such a child sometimes. I heard a button click and knew that I was probably on speaker.

"Hey girl! How are you?" Leigh-Anne said. I chuckled at her cheerful tone.

"Hey girls I'm fine. Uncle Craig's fine, for now I suppose." I said softly, fearing that I'd break down crying again.

"Pez, spend as much time as you like in South Shields OK? We're not suppose to be back in the studio until.. Next month?" Jesy said to me. I think that Jesy is the best in these types on situations, because she's been there as well.

"Thanks guys. I don't know when I'll be back, I want to spend as much time as possible with Uncle Craig" I said, knowing they'll understand.

"It's alright Perrie. If you're not back by next month, we'll tell a John where you are OK?" Jade said.

"Have you called Zayn yet?" Leigh asked. I sighed.

"No, no not yet. I wanted to call you girls first." I said, running my spare hand through my light purple hair.

"That's sweet Perrie! Call Zayn." Leigh ordered.

"Leigh-Anne!" I heard Jesy scold her. I laughed at their banter.

"Girls, I will. I'll call Zayn after we end this call OK?" I assured them.

"OK BYE!"

"Jade!"

"What?" At this Jesy sighed. I just laughed.

"It's alright Jesy, I'd better go now anyway." I said, giggling lightly.

"BYE PEZ!" They all shouted and hung up. I sighed and smiled.

"Perrie? Sweetheart? Do you want to come inside now?" Mum called out to me.

"Just a second Mum!" I called back. I checked the time. Wow! I spent a lot of time talking to the girls. I fought with myself if I should call Zayn now or in the morning. Meh, I'm tired so I'll call him in the morning. I went inside the house and went up to the guest room that I'll be staying in after I said goodbye to the adults. I changed into sweats and fell asleep, almost instantly.
