How It All Fell Into Place. (Zerrie)

Perrie's P.O.V

"Mum hurry up I'm going to be late!" I yelled as I bounded down the stairs, trying to get ready for my X Factor audition which is in.. about 30 minutes, so you see why I'm panicking. "Alright! I'm ready lets go! Lets go!" Mum said as she walked out the front door leaving my to lock up seeing as everyone else was either at school or at work. I got in the car and we were off. Finally.

"You excited honey?" Mum asked me. I looked at her as if she had three heads.

"Mum are you serious? I'm freaking out!" I said as I chewed on my nails. Nasty habit I'm telling you now.

"Oh do stop biting your nails Pez, they wont look good for your audition!"

"I don't think they'll be looking at my nails, mum" I sighed as the nerves got greater as we arrived at the Audition Centre(AN- I have no idea where Perrie auditioned so yeah..). I got out of the car and rushed inside the building. I quickly got my audition number and stuck it on my new top.

"Perrie Edwards?" I heard my name being called. Here goes nothing!

I walked up onto the stage and saw Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos. I knew that Gary was the new Simon Cowell so I had to impress him, well, and the other judges.

"Hello" Gary said with a smile.

"H-Hi" I stammered. Gary just chuckled.

"What's your name and how old are you?" he asked.

"My name's Perrie Edwards and I'm 18" I replied. I quickly took a look at the audience. This is going to be so fun..

"What song are you going to sing for us today Perrie?" Gary asked, interrupting my thoughts.

"Oh uh, I'm going to sing 'You Oughta Know' by Alanis Morissette" I said. The judges looked at each other and nodded for the music to start. I took a deep breath and began to sing...

I finished singing the song and I'm surprised at the reaction I got. I had to wait for the judges to say what they think though..

"Well, I thought that was a great, great audition" Tulisa said first of all, which earnt her a loud cheer from the crowd.

"I liked it. it was very well done" Gary added.

"Well, I'm putting you through because I think you have potential" Louis said.

Kelly just stared at me for a while before saying "I think you would be better off being put into a girl group" I kind of just stared at her. What? A girl group? Me? Wow.

"Wha-? Really?" I asked her.

"Yes, really. You have potential as a solo artist, but you will be greater as a part of a girl group" Kelly answered.

"So, Louis. Yes or No?" Gary asked him.

"Definite yes" Louis said. My heart sped up a bit.

"Tulisa?" Gary asked her.

"Maaaaajor yes from me"

"Kelly?" Kelly just stared at me again. I was kind of getting nervous again.

"Well.. Yes! Yes! Yes!" She finally said her answer. My heart was leaping out of my chest. I was through!

"Perrie you have four 'yes's we'll see you at Boot Camp!" Gary said, and with that, I walked off the stage.
