"You look so much cuter in my arms. Don’t worry, love-this is just how hyung show affection."

The car door is wide open, rain slapping against the edges as Jungkook stands out there, his black raincoat all shiny under that gloomy sky. Water's running off his hood and dripping onto his face, but he doesn't give a crap. His dark eyes are locked on Jimin, who's dozing off like a damn angel in the backseat.

Jimin's head is lolling against the window, looking all cute and peaceful as he snoozes. A few wet strands of hair are plastered to his forehead, and his chest rises and falls like it's got no worries in the world, totally ignoring the storm raging outside.

“Yah, Jimin!” Taehyung’s voice boomed, cutting through the storm. “You’re 22, not 2! Get up and walk like a normal adult!”

Jimin, still half-asleep, peeked out from under the raincoat Jungkook had draped over him. He blinked lazily, his eyes half-lidded with an exaggerated pout on his lips. Then, as if on cue, he stuck his tongue out at Taehyung. “And you’re 28, but you’re the one carrying a baby,” he shot back, pointing dramatically at Ace, who was now blowing bubbles and giggling in Taehyung’s arms.

Taehyung’s face flushed with frustration, shifting the squirming baby as she babbled happily in his arms. “Not the same thing!” he argued. “This is Ace. She’s actually a baby! She can’t walk.”

Jungkook chuckled at the exchange, reaching over to ruffle Jimin’s damp hair affectionately. “Alright, alright,” he said, his voice warm and amused. He grabbed the edge of Jimin’s raincoat and tugged it up a bit, gently urging him to move. “Let’s hurry up. Hyung will carry you.”

Taehyung sighed dramatically, rolling his eyes and placing his hands on his head. “Seriously? You’re going to spoil him even more, Jungkook.”

Jungkook grunted as he lifted Jimin by the waist, pressing him effortlessly against his chest like some oversized teddy bear. With Jimin's arms wrapped around his neck and legs instinctively clinging to his waist like a koala that missed the memo about personal space, Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"Seriously, Jimin?" he groaned, holding him up like a bag of flour.

Jimin, of course, couldn't resist the opportunity to gloat. “See, hyung? You finally get it,” he purred smugly, nuzzling into Jungkook’s neck as if this was the most normal position for two grown men to be in.

Jungkook raised an eyebrow, shaking his head. “If I drop you, will you stop?” he grumbled, but there was no real threat—he knew he'd never let go.

Taehyung groaned loudly, throwing his head back in mock despair. “You’re spoiling him, Jungkook! He’s not a baby—he’s a grown man acting like one!” He looked at Jimin in disbelief. “How old are you again? Twenty-two? More like two!”

Jungkook smiled, adjusting Jimin’s raincoat so it covered them both, creating a small shield against the downpour. “I have a baby,” he said, glancing at Taehyung as if to prove his point. “You have a baby. Let’s call it even.”

“That’s not a baby!” Taehyung snapped, gesturing at Jimin, who was still clinging to Jungkook’s neck like a child. “That’s a fully grown adult who’s acting like he’s five!”

Unbothered by Taehyung’s complaints, Jimin tightened his grip on Jungkook’s neck and smiled smugly. “Hyung carries me because he loves me,” he declared confidently, his eyes twinkling with mischief as he stuck his tongue out at Taehyung once more.

Jungkook chuckled softly, his expression turning fond as he easily adjusted his grip on Jimin, lifting him up with ease. “Alright, let’s go,” he said, his voice calm but firm. “The forest isn’t going to wait for us.”
