A/N: This chapter is quite long but I hope it worth the read

His mother was released from the hospital a few days later and he was made aware of it by a letter being mailed to his place.

I just wanted to tell you that I'm out of the hospital. I'm on house arrest until we pay a fine since I'm too sick to be in the precinct jail. Are you happy now?

I hope you and your boyfriend are safe and feel pretty good about yourselves for doing this to me. If I were you, I'd keep your lover close or something bad might happen. But who knows.

Arthit didn't understand the threat. What could she do to Kongpob? Again, Arthit was starting to panic at the prospect that Kongpob would be hurt once again by them. But what if it was just an empty threat to just simply get to him but then again, there was no length they would go through just to get Arthit away from Kongpob.

Just in case they were planning something bad, Arthit took a picture of the note and sent it to Kaiya.

I'm getting really tired of this shit.

Her text response to the picture made his heart hurt even more. He too was tired but it made him feel even worse to know that Kongpob and Kongpob's family was risking so much just because of him. It shouldn't be like that. And it was making him feel worse than he already did.

When the weekend came, Kongpob was due to pay him a visit only Kongpob didn't show up at his normal time and Arthit knew that Kongpob was hardly ever late.

Arthit: Kong where are you? Are you running late should I expect you at a different time?

That message went unanswered so Arthit sent another one.

Arthit: Kong, please answer me. Where are you?

There was still no answer. True panic and fear started to set in. He paced up and down, not sure if he should drive out to Kong's place to check if Kongpob had just overslept or if he should just drive the route Kongpob would normally take to see if he could find Kongpob but then what if Kongpob showed up at his place and he was gone? He didn't know what to do.

After another twenty minutes of not hearing from him, Arthit was convinced that something had happened. In his panic, he dialed up his mother. He wasn't supposed to since he had his number changed and he didn't want her to have it, but he couldn't think straight.

"What did you do to the man I love?" Arthit asked harshly.

"So this is how to get your attention huh? I knew it would work. You haven't called to check on your ailing mother but you call me about this supposed boy you love. Wow."

Arthit already felt like crying. He was frustrated and angry and knowing he couldn't do what he truly wanted, like tearing everything to shreds, he felt himself spiraling.

"What did you do to him?" Arthit asked weakly.

"I didn't do anything to him."

"You're lying. He's not answering my calls and he would never do that. Both you and Por threatened him so tell me what you did with him. Please."

"Fine. I'll tell you. But if I do then you need to come home. And stay home. Get married to Ploy and have babies."

"What?" Arthit gasped. "No. Mae. No. Don't do this. Just tell me where he is. Don't play this game with me."
