“What is he doing here?” I asked nobody in particular when the band and I got backstage. Lea, Livy and the others shrugged with sad smiles before heading to get some drinks for us all. “Are you alreyt?” Jake questioned and put his arm over my shoulder. Usually I’d be bothered, but Jake is my gay boyfriend and I love him like I love all of my friends. I nodded as Lea and Livy returned with our refreshments. “Lea has something to tell you!” Livy blurted out, earning a glare from my other friend.

“Oooh tell me!” I demanded excitedly. “I go out with-” I cut her off. “But you only just dumped Jay!” I said with a laugh. “As I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted, I go out with Mark Pattison!” She was finally able to exclaim. “I gotta tell you something too.” I said, “We gotta go back on stage now!” I informed. The band laughed before following me back onto stage.

“So because my mum and Daddy are here, I cant sing that they don’t approve of but because I’m a teen, do I listen? No.” I laughed with a look to my parents. “But I’m gonna be good today. and sing Broken Arrow, because I love the song!” I informed as the band began to play.
