The battle was intense, each member of the Vanguard pushing the team to their limits. Alex summoned a massive energy sword and faced the leader, the one who controlled fire. The heat was unbearable, but Alex fought with everything he had. Using the pencil’s powers, he created a barrier of ice to protect himself and used the energy sword to strike. With a final blow, the leader of the Vanguard fell.
But the victory came at a price—Alex was exhausted, and his connection to the pencil felt weaker.
