Alex’s body burned with the intensity of the energy coursing through him. The pencil glowed brighter than ever, its power now almost uncontrollable. It was time to make the ultimate sacrifice.
“No matter what happens, we finish this,” Alex said, turning to Eliza and Xander. They nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation.
With one final burst of energy, Alex used the pencil to rewrite the laws of reality itself. The air crackled with energy as he formed a massive forcefield around the Overseer’s crystal monster. The beast thrashed against the barrier, but it was futile. With a final slash of the pencil, Alex tore through the creature’s defenses, shattering its crystal form.
The forcefield collapsed, and the Overseer’s monster disintegrated into dust.
“You… you’re more powerful than I anticipated,” the Overseer spat, his mask cracking. But before he could react, Eliza and Xander were upon him, their weapons clashing with his armor.
Alex stood at the center of it all, knowing this was his moment. He summoned the last of his strength and, with a single motion, erased the Overseer from existence. The world around him trembled, and for a brief moment, Alex thought he might lose everything.
But then, silence.
