Mu Miao led Fu Wenyang back to their classroom, while Shen Yinci, scared of Fu Wenyang and constrained by the dungeon rules, had to return to his own class.

Before leaving, Shen Yinci kept glancing back every few steps, like a clingy puppy unwilling to part. "I'll come find you after class, okay? Wait for me, don’t leave alone. I'm really scared—I might cry."

Mu Miao nodded absentmindedly, "Okay, okay."

Pei Qingye, unimpressed, scowled at Shen Yinci. "Get lost already!"

Finally seeing Shen Yinci off, Pei Qingye was about to ask Mu Miao about the marks on his body, but when he turned, he saw Mu Miao leaning intimately against Fu Wenyang.

The two of them chatted back and forth in such close rapport that it was clear no one else could join their conversation.

Pei Qingye: "…"

Completely oblivious to the resentful gaze boring into his back, Mu Miao devoted all his attention to Fu Wenyang. Fu Wenyang's knowledge, whether in dance or academic subjects, was vast and impressive.

His explanations were simple and engaging, even for someone as clueless as Mu Miao, who listened intently.

"You’re amazing," Mu Miao praised. "You’re better at explaining than Professor Song Qi. He just makes me want to sleep. I don’t think I’ve ever kept my eyes open in his class."

Fu Wenyang looked surprised, a rare flicker of excitement in his eyes. "Are you talking about Professor Song Qi?"

"Professor…" Mu Miao thought carefully. "He probably is a professor. Yeah, he’s a professor."

Fu Wenyang's expression showed a hint of admiration. "Professor Song Qi is highly accomplished in biochemistry and molecular biology. I originally planned to apply to his university and then pursue graduate studies under him to do research…"

But as his gaze fell on his body, his expression dimmed.

The life plan he could’ve easily achieved had now become an unattainable dream.

"You admire him a lot," Mu Miao nodded in understanding. "Well, why don’t you come home with me tonight? I’m living at his place now—he’s my boyfriend."

Fu Wenyang: "…"

Pei Qingye: "…"

Case solved. The person stealing Pei Qingye’s crush was none other than Song Qi!

Fu Wenyang stared at Mu Miao’s youthful, innocent face as if he’d fallen into an ice pit. His whole body trembled uncontrollably, tears sliding down his cheeks.

He cupped Mu Miao's face with shaking hands, his voice quivering. "He’s that kind of person too? How could it be… I thought at least he had some morals…"

As if possessed, Fu Wenyang suddenly unbuttoned Mu Miao’s shirt. Seeing the marks on his body, his fingers trembled, and he pulled Mu Miao into a tight embrace.

Mu Miao was completely confused, unable to understand why Fu Wenyang suddenly lost control or why Song Qi was suddenly being called immoral.

Pei Qingye was also furious. He grabbed Mu Miao's hand and growled, "Did he force you? That bastard! What a disgusting beast!"

"You’re not allowed to insult him!"

Mu Miao was fiercely protective, unwilling to let anyone speak ill of Song Qi. "He didn’t force me—I wanted to kiss him. I just like being with him. I like having sex with him!"

Not only was Pei Qingye stunned, but even Fu Wenyang froze, his tears halting as he stared blankly at Mu Miao.

Fu Wenyang, due to his own experiences, had immediately assumed Song Qi had assaulted Mu Miao. But now, it seemed the situation wasn’t what he thought.
