Chapter 25: End of the Misty Fishing Village + Beginning of West Private High School

Mu Miao was delighted, stroking his head, "Dana!"

Siqi, frightened by Dana's aura, shrunk back and crawled to the side, no longer demanding to be held by Mu Miao.

Dana, satisfied, held him close, his voice relieved, "It's good you're okay. It's too dangerous here; you can't stay. Mu Mu, will you come back with me?"

The previous chaos had been terrifying; almost all the monsters had surged in this direction. Dana had been terrified that Mu Miao was here.

His little mermaid was so small; if he were stepped on or hurt by those large creatures, it would be a disaster. Dana dared not imagine what he would do if something happened to his little mermaid.

Feeling his tense body, Mu Miao patted his hand, turning to face him, smiling, "It's okay, Dana. See, I'm fine. And I saw you not long ago, but you didn't notice me."

After hearing about Mu Miao's recent experiences, the violent aura around Dana intensified. His eyes were deep, as he held Mu Miao tightly, "Those humans dared to kidnap you; they all deserve to die… I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Mu Mu. It's my fault; I didn't protect you."

Hearing his nightmare-like murmur, Mu Miao found it strange. Held in Dana's arms, he could only see his jawline, unable to see his expression clearly.

He could only comfort him, "Dana, don't worry; I'm not hurt at all. You really don't need to blame yourself."

Mu Miao felt uncomfortable hearing his guilt.  "If anyone's to blame, it's me. I snuck out and got caught."

"Right!" Mu Miao remembered something, looking at Dana with confusion, "Didn't you go to find a female fish to spend the mating season with? How did you come ashore?"

Dana fell silent, looking down at Mu Miao.

Mu Miao then saw the bloodshot in Dana's eyes. His hair stood on end, like a rabbit targeted by a wolf, warily trying to retreat to avoid danger.

Dana grabbed his wrist, slightly bending down to meet Mu Miao's gaze. His other hand caressed Mu Miao's hair, smoothing the strands ruffled by the wind.

Then, that hand moved to Mu Miao's tender face, the cold touch causing his long eyelashes to tremble slightly. Mu Miao instinctively felt something was wrong; he tried to dodge, but Dana pinched his chin.

A cold lip fell on his, Mu Miao's eyes wide with astonishment, "Mm…"

Dana kissed him almost savagely, his tongue forcing its way into Mu Miao's tightly closed mouth, entwining with Mu Miao's soft tongue, sucking and licking.

He was like a newly carnivorous animal, only thinking of satisfying his ravenous hunger, tearing into his prey. Mu Miao quickly tasted the metallic tang of blood, blood mixing with saliva swirling on his lips and tongue.

"Da…Dana…mm!"

Mu Miao frowned, making a low muffled groan of discomfort. He leaned back, trying to avoid the almost brutal kiss, but Dana's large hand pressed against his waist, pinning him against his body.

The kiss lasted for an unknown time. Mu Miao's limbs went weak; he was completely limp, almost clinging to Dana, breathing heavily.

His porcelain-white skin was tinged with pink; the blush on his eyelids and the misty water in his eyes made the little darling look even more pitiful.

Dana ground his teeth against Mu Miao's white neck, his voice satisfied, "No female fish, only Mu Miao. I love Mu Miao the most."

Mu Miao's mind was still in a daze. He wanted to push Dana away; this person kept messing around on his neck, making him itchy.

Moreover, perhaps due to the lack of oxygen, Mu Miao's dizziness and chest tightness hadn't subsided.

He could barely speak, only listlessly nestled in Dana's arms.

Dana took his inaction as compliance, hugging Mu Miao even tighter, gently kissing his forehead, eyes, nose…

He felt that every part of Mu Miao was fragrant, and he loved every part of him.

But this warm moment didn't last long.

Belcher rushed over from a distance, urgently saying, "Dana! I suspect this riot was caused by a more powerful being, and I can't find Siqi anywhere; this being probably did it!"

There was already limited food, and now another one was competing for it.

Belcher sensed the strength of this mysterious monster. When the monster summoned other monsters, he had almost been overwhelmed. Luckily, he was eating at the time; his adherence to food ultimately restrained his instincts.

Belcher was even more certain that this was a powerful creature—one he couldn't defeat.  What to do if he couldn't defeat it? It's okay; Dana could definitely defeat it.

Belcher had an inexplicable confidence in Dana. Because he was standing behind Dana, he couldn't see Mu Miao, who was completely hidden behind Dana's tall figure.

He started to stir things up, "Dana, I suspect Mu Miao and Siqi's disappearance is related to this suddenly appeared creature. We must rescue them immediately."

"Sss~"

Something brushed against his foot.

Belcher, single-minded, kicked it away, "Dana, time is of the essence. Your mermaid and Siqi are waiting for you to save them."
