After finally reuniting with Mk, Mei and Sandy they group drove for a day or two before pulling over for the night to camp. Sandy Mk slept soundly in their bunk while everyone else were outside Pigsy was watching the tv that Maria set up for him with Tang sitting beside him studying the Map and Ring.
It was quite the peaceful night, perfect for relaxation.
*WHOOSH* *CRASH! *
The two bodies of Mei and Mk flew past Pigsy and Tang and landed in a pile behind them for the third time in the last 30 minutes, "Owie! Come on Mama Mari! Just one mooncake? please!!" Mei begged sending her a pleading gaze.
"Yeah mom! please!!" Mk added kneeling beside Mei, both of them pouting sadly.
Maria sighed loudly, her hands on her hips as she stared them down "For the last time NO! they aren't done yet and you can have them AFTER dinner" she told them tiredly as they both whined loudly.
"Yeah! listen to your mother kids" Wukong said wrapping an arm around her shoulder "As much as we all love her mooncakes we have to be responsible and have a very nutritious dinner first" as he spoke he slowly moved his tail behind him toward the plate of mooncakes "Pigsy and my peaches worked hard to make us this dinner so we should be respectful and have that first" he lectured them.
"Aw~ thank you Sun" Maria cooed rubbing his cheeks gently casing him to purr but she stopped ad grabbed his tail in a tight Grib making him blush "but you should practice what you preach!!" she yelled as she threw him into the kids, making them all groan with swirls in their eyes "I knew that you three were scheming they whole time! nothing gets pas me!!" she laughed loudly.
the three tricksters whimper sadly but because Maria loved them and felt pity for them, she tossed them a bog of marshmallows "here hold yourself out with that instead you guys"
Wukong cheered as the grabbed a folding chair and sat himself in front of the fire already cooking a marshmallow. while Mei and Mk sat on a log and followed his head "thanks Mom! / Mama Mari! / Peaches" they all said with happy smiles.
"You're all welcome~" she cooed giving them each a pat on the head but seeing Wukong pout she playfully rolls her eyes and kissed his cheek making him sigh happily "Now stop trying to steal my mooncakes and let me cook!"

"there now the food just needs to finish cooking and then we can have dinner" Maria said as she covered the pot and walked over to Wukong while trying to untie her apron but as she walked by he grabbed her and pulled her into his lap wrapping his arms around her wait making her giggle "Wukong~" she laughed as he buried his head into her hair "Come one I have to take the apron off it all dirty" she tells him gesturing to the stain covered apron.
