"I'm so excited!" Mk exclaimed loudly, bouncing in his seat "I haven't been to the movies in ages!"
chuckling lighting his mother rubs his head "sweetie we aren't at the movies, it's a shadow play" she explained. currently everyone was sitting inside the shadow play theater. Maria was the one who convinced everyone to join her.
"Yeah. . . . you know. . . with puppets?" Tang said leaning over to look at Mk with raised eyebrows.
"Whaaaa?" he said confused, squinting his eyes at his mother and uncle "Puppets? Noooo I thought you were taking us to see Kung fu monkey cop the movie mom" He said as he held up the movie poster.

Giggling at her son she flips the poster over and shows him the back, that depicts the shadow play "it's on the back sweetie and I'm sure you'll like it. Back when I was a little girl, I used to watch shadow plays all the time. . . . and beside my. . . . close friend is preforming the play and I wanna support him and watch" she said with a small blush That tang and Mei noticed making them smile sweetly.
Mk pouts at his mother ". . . . mnnn. . . fine I'll watch it. . . Hey, isn't that the guy who gave us that weird key. . . . and is the same one who acts weird with you mom?"
Immediately Maria snapped her head around and hisses at the mayor like a feral cat, her hair poofing up as the temptation of wanting to beat him up again filled her body.
"Oh, you mean the magic key that could unlock anything? and the same guy that always seems to make Mama Mari angry enough to lose her cool? . . . yeah, pretty sure that is him. . . still not actually sure He's the mayor" Mei said as she looked at the mayor while Tang was gently brushing his hand through Marias hair to calm her down.
The mayor hearing them talk about him, stiffly turns his head around and waves at the group, while also sending Maria a kiss that shapes into a black heart and float to her but right before it even had chance to touch her. Maria glares at it with so much hatred that it shriveled up and crumbled into dust . . . . which only made the mayor swoon.
