Jonathan was expelled for taking drugs on school premises and misbehaving with a teacher.
Not only that, he was also banned from any school in their town, unable to take admission, which left his family with no choice but to leave the town, ashamed, but not without a proper apology to the Archers since the incident at the party had a dramatic revelation after all.
Destiny didn't say anything but she was extremely proud of Janette, the way the girl had made sure justice prevailed for her son, it reminded her of the way she'd taken revenge for her Aaron.
She couldn't resist her happiness all throughout the day as an idea formed in her head. To get Shawn and Janette married. She wanted to share this idea with Aaron as soon as possible.

Since Shawn was still bound at home, Janette went to see him after school, bearing his favorite chocolates and flowers along.
"Jane!!" The boy shrieked excitedly and dragged the girl inside their home, his eyes sparkling like she'd brought the universe with her.
Was he always this adorable?
"Thank you so much for bringing all this for me! I was feeling soo bored. I'm glad you came to see me." He babbled, unwrapping a chocolate and popping the ball into his mouth, munching happily while Janette just stared at him.
For some reason, her heart wouldn't stop fluttering, often skipping a beat and she was smiling a little more as they spent the whole day together. Shawn's parents weren't home and his siblings were also at their extra activities' class, so Janette made soup for them and even hand-fed Shawn, to which the boy couldn't stop blushing furiously.
Janette realized how good it felt to spend time with Shawn, yes she had always liked his presence and liked taking care of him, but everything felt a lot different now a days. As if some unattached strings have found their way to weave together and form something solid, a new version of their bond and she began to cherish it even more.
"Did you drink water after lunch?" Janette queried while pouring water in two glasses.
As she handed one of the glasses to Shawn, she had a bored look on, trying not to glare at the sheepish boy who accepted the glass and eagerly drank it, coughing up some from rushing.
"Geez, Damy! Slow down." Janette scolded, putting away the glasses and blotting at Shawn's shirt with her hands, then moved up to his face. "You don't take care of yourself at all. What would you do without me?"
She continued her line of reprimand, unaware of the way her hands lingered on his face or the way Shawn stared at her so dreamily, without blinking, and how close they were.
When she was finally done, taking in the proximity they shared, her breath faltered and she abruptly pulled her hands away.
"Uh-I'll change my shirt."
Shawn hurried out of there, he feared if he stayed there a second longer, Janette would be able to hear the hammering of his heart, or worse, he'd end up doing something that could put their friendship in potential danger.
There's no way in hell Shawn would jeopardize their friendship only because he couldn't restrain his stupid heart.
He quickly changed into a hoodie and returned to the living area to spot Janette settled on the couch with a movie playing on the tv. He beamed, his day just couldn't get any better. Spending a whole day with Janette, being hand-fed by her, receiving care from her and the way she ruffled his hair every now and then, Shawn was flying over the moon.
