Hello everyone, welcome to the special chapter ! ^v^
First of all, thank you for reading my story until the end. It has been more than 4 years since I published the first chapter in 2020! > <
I wanted to write this chapter as a thank you for your continuous support for the last 4 years, even during my huge hiatus; for the almost 150k views; and to celebrate the end of the editing of this book! ^^
Warning: No lemon happens in this chapter but there is a super super super small suggestive dialogue towards the end. I'll mark the beginning and the end of it just like I did to previous lemons for those of you who are uncomfortable with it! ^^
Hope you like this chapter! >v<
Your POV
You smiled at Francesca as you two walked to your assigned seats at the outdoor school gym. The graduation ceremony for the last year of highschool was being held in that location, more precisely at the huge football fields. There were chairs put down at the field disposed in lines at the fields' centers. You looked behind you, watching the parents and families of the others students sit down on the bleachers. There were more chairs in front of the bleachers too for the people that couldn't sit on them.
You and your best friend had dressed beautiful gowns to go receive your highschool diploma. Narancia had given you the confidence you needed to wear dresses more often! Yet you still haven't gain the courage to wear some high heels. So you just wore some sneakers under your long dress. Francesca, of course, went with a bright pink dress to complement her new look as a graduated woman: she dyed the bottom part of her hair in almost a neon pink that could be seen for miles! On the other hand, you went with a long (F/C) dress without sleeves but with a small turtleneck.
"I can't believe it's finally over!", Francesca smiled at you, adjusting the graduation cape that all highschoolers had to wear above whatever they dress.
"Well, I can!", you giggled, "It has been one hell of a year...", you looked over to the bleachers, trying to locate your parents and your boyfriend in the crowd. However, you couldn't find either one of them.
"Don't even tell me about it..."
"Don't even tell me about it!", you pouted, "That week before the gang came to our class was hell!", you mumbled.
"Cheer up, girl! At least you got to see your boyfriend in action."
"Well, threatening our classmates isn't exactly like one of his missions... He wouldn't do something that would led me to watch him beat up someone. Or whatever he does in the mafia. We don't talk about it. And I'm fine with that."
"Like I believe that... Aren't you even a bit curious with what he does for work?"
Of course you were! However, you didn't want your boyfriend to feel pressured to show you a side of him that he wasn't comfortable with. So you never said anything about it to him. And never will.
"Hello everyone!", the school director started to speak on the stage.
You and Francesca started listening to the speech in silence. You couldn't believe you were going to an Art University to pursue your dreams! A few weeks ago, you were in the gang's house when you got the email saying that you were accepted. Bucciarati was reading the newspaper in the living room while Mista and Abbacchio were enjoying some afternoon tea, when they heard you and Narancia yell.
"Oh My God, don't they know there's more people here?", Mista groaned, "I don't wanna hear them going at it.", he hid his face on his hands.
"Fucking horny teenagers...", Abbacchio shook his head, after sipping his tea, "Bucciarati, this is not a love hotel, for fuck's sake!"
