Sara grew up in New York City, ever since she was a little girl, she had a thing for art. She grew up in a humble setting, her mom and dad were not the richest people, but always worked hard to provide the best for their child. In one Christmas day, Sara got gifted a mini toy makeup kit, and since then, she wanted to learn how to properly do makeup.
Make up in High School was everything to her. She wasn't popular, in fact, she didn't have many friends, and was categorized as a "nerd" which she did not care about and proudly accepted it. Makeup is her way of expressing herself, but it was also her way of hiding. In front of everyone, she is just a silly girl who likes to put on makeup just for fun, but in reality, she hates how she looks without it. So you could say that doing her makeup in the morning became a daily routine that never ended.
During High School she had to work part-time jobs in Beauty Salons to help her mother with family finances, which instilled in her a strong work ethic and a desire for independence. After gaining enough experience and honing her skills in New York, she received a major offer from a huge company in South Korea. This is a big step in her life--a leap from familiar surroundings to the unknown.
Throughout her time in New York, Sarah met Taylor in beauty school and they became best friends. They've been through a lot together, including the big move to South Korea. They both got the same offer and will be stepping into this new chapter together.
