Warning: Cannibalism in this chapter. Just like in The 100 it will be gory bc the Reapers are cannibals. This chapter is based off of season two episode six of The 100 so if you didn't like that episode in general, I'd skip over to the part where they're in the garage and go straight to the next chapter after it's posted.

Cal smiles at Bellamy as he walks up to her by the medical tent. Bellamy stands in front of her, looking down at her. "You need something to drink."

Cal shakes her head, looking up at him. "I have to watch Elias. We both know if these people had a chance, they'd kill him."

"I'll watch him. You need a drink."

Cal nods, tired. "Yeah, might actually help." She stands up and Bellamy holds her shoulders.

"You also need sleep."

She waves him off. "I'm fine. I'll sleep when Lincoln comes back, and he can watch Elias." She was about to walk away when Bellamy grabs her hand and pulls her back to face him.

"You're doing fine."

Cal shakes her head and sighs. "I don't know how to take care of a child, Bel. All I'm doing is watching everyone who goes in and out of the tent making sure they take care of him."

"Just do like you care for Octavia. You protect her and fight anyone who hurts her. That's basically a parent besides having to make sure they're fed and hydrated."

Cal smiles and nods at him. "You'd be a great dad, Bel."

"You'd be a great mom."

Cal just chuckles and kisses him. "Whatever you say." She replies, walking away from him and away from the medical tent. It felt like hours since she actually walked away from the tent. Maybe Bellamy's right and she would be a good mother, but she'll never find out. Especially in this kind of world. No one wants to raise a child in a war, and she won't be one of those people.

Maybe a few years from now, the war would be over, they'd be at peace, and she can have a child, but with how fucked up she is, she doubts the child would be any better.

She walks up to the table with Clarke and Murphy, which Finn just walked away from, sitting down in a chair in front of Murphy, taking his mug in the process, and putting her feet on his legs. She takes a big gulp of the mug as Murphy says, "I was drinking that."

"And now you're not, boo-hoo."

"Shouldn't you be watching a child?" He asks, trying to reach for the mug but Cal just chugs it and hands it back to him empty.

"Bel took over."

"And you trust him?" He asks, taking a drink from the mug but frowns when nothing comes out.
