Filo & Aquarius(Khiry) just met Naofumi & Raphtalia in a penguin suit.
Filo: Master!
Naofumi: We were wondering how long you guys have been down here.
Aquarius(Khiry): Well, get this. The place she took me has an hourglass!
Naofumi: No way!
Aquarius(Khiry): No joke!
Aquarius(Khiry) & Filo then led Naofumi to the underwater temple.
Khiry(Natarred): Off the coast of Cal Mira in an underwater temple, we found another dragon hourglass, alerting us to prepare for the incoming Wave. Once we found out that the next wave is in two days, we then used our teleport skill & returned to the capital. There, I explained things to Master Mirellia. She immediately gathered her army to prepare for the battle. It was clear that this Wave would most likely occur at sea. So now we've boarded our ships & were just waiting to be teleported to the Wave. Actually, Master Mirellia was the one who arranged for these ships. Unlike Trash Boat, she is a shrewd & effective leader.
Mirellia: I don't know how, but we made it.
Naofumi: Honestly, I'm impressed you managed to put together an army on such short notice.
Melty: Oh, it really wasn't a big deal. Preparing for the Waves is the royal family's responsibility.
Naofumi: What are you doing here?
Melty: Hmm? What's that supposed to mean?
Naofumi: Uh--
Khiry: Melty is here because she is a part of your party.
Filo: I'm happy you're here. I'm always happy when I get to see you.
Filo then chuckles softly.
Melty: Aw, thanks, Filo. I feel the same.
Khiry then smiled.
Raphtalia: Do you think that the people of Cal Mira will be able to get off the island in time?
Mirellia: The Earl of Habenburg acted quickly. He's already finished evacuating all of the islanders. Besides, we have every reason to believe this Wave will be happening out at sea.
Khiry: So, now, we just have to worry about the battle.
Naofumi: You got a point, but we sure don't wanna get complacent.
Khiry: Yet, the other heroes still don't seem to wanna work together.
Mirellia: They seem to think leveling up at Cal Mira was enough.
Naofumi: Yeah, & thing might get even uglier.
Raphtalia: Master Naofumi.
Naofumi: Hmm?
Raphtalia: It's L'Arc & Therese!
Naofumi: They're fighting the Wave, too?
Melty: You know them?
Naofumi: Yeah. They helped us in Cal Mira.
Raphtalia: I'm glad they're on our side.
Naofumi: They're more reliable than the other heroes.
Melty then turns to Naofumi.
Melty: Wow. It's not often you put so much trust in other people.
