The classroom buzzed with excitement as Aizawa stood at the front, arms crossed, his usual tired expression unwavering. The students of Class 1-A sat up a little straighter as he cleared his throat.

Aizawa: You'll all be participating in a program sponsored by the Hero Public Safety Commission, "he announced, his tone steady". This project is called the Hero Work Recommendation Project, and it will serve as another step in your training after obtaining your provisional licenses.

Several students exchanged eager glances, murmurs rippling through the class. It had been a while since they had last heard anything from the Commission, and the fact that this was a special program caught their attention.

Momo leaned forward slightly.

Momo: Sensei, what exactly does this project entail?

Aizawa's gaze swept over them.

Aizawa: You'll be heading to Nabu Island to act as full-fledged heroes. There won't be any teachers with you. You'll be expected to run operations as if you were your own agency. However, don't expect much action. The island has a low crime rate, so your duties will mostly involve handling minor incidents and helping the locals.

Some of the more action-oriented students, like Kaminari, let out a small sigh of disappointment.

Denki: Ah, man! Low crime rate? "He groaned". I was hoping we'd get to take down some villains.

Mina nudged him playfully.

Mina: C'mon, Kami! It's still experience, right? We get to prove we can handle real hero work without supervision!

Shoto nodded in agreement.

Shoto: It will test how well we operate as a team without a safety net.

Aizawa raised a brow.

Aizawa: That's right. Don't take it lightly. Just because there's no immediate danger doesn't mean there won't be challenges. "He said before turning to Izuku". That said, Midoriya will be stationed nearby in case anything escalates beyond your control.

Izuku, who had remained quiet until now, sighed.

Izuku: I doubt anything major will happen, but... I'll keep an eye on things just in case.

Later in Nova, the topic was revisited in the common area, where both Class 1-A and Class 1-B had gathered.

Kendo: Guess what? "He said with a playful smirk". We're coming too.

Tetsutetsu laughed loudly, slapping his chest.

Tetsutetsu: Two whole classes of U.A. students! That island won't know what hit 'em!

Some of the students from 1-A and 1-B exchanged competitive glances, already thinking about how they would stack up against each other in terms of performance. With the excitement still lingering in the air, the next topic of discussion became how they would get to the island.

Denki: We should take Nova, "he suggested, grinning". Just imagine the look on the locals' faces when we roll up in a high-tech battleship!

Momo: That would defeat the whole purpose of the school organizing the trip, "she pointed out. They want us to experience traveling the way real heroes would for a job like this.

Sero: Then how about Aya just teleports us all there? "He grinned, stretching his arms". Wouldn't that be easier?

Izuku, leaning against the back of the couch with his arms crossed, shook his head.

Izuku: It might freak out the locals, "he pointed out". If we arrive in a giant warship or just suddenly appear out of thin air, the locals might not know how to react. They're not used to heroes just showing up like that, and they might feel like something big is happening.
