Narrowly dodging the bullet that sped past her face; Momo leaped for cover behind a pillar. "Damn Snipe is relentless, he barely gives me any time to react let alone think of a plan." Suddenly a glare hit her face signifying Snipe aiming for the next shot. 'Shit, he's already lining up the next shot. I can't move from here so what should I do? If I move from this spot he'll have a clear shot, but if I don't move from here I'll be caught.' Trying to think of a solution her mind ultimately came to one person. 'What would he do...' Thinking of a plan the person she liked most would try to think of, she bet everything on this all or nothing.

Finally getting the perfect angle Snipe prepared for the final shot, steadying his aim his finger starts to pull on the trigger until a glare suddenly hits his face. 'That's weird, never been on the receiving end of that.' Snipe thought.

This was her plan, using the glare from Snipe's shot to aim her own. Creating the same type of gun as Snipe she readied her aim am fired. But Snipe wasted no time firing his shot.
The bullets met each other each other in mid-air. 'At the least, the bullets should cancel each other out and give me enough time to reposition myself.' Momo thought before a sharp pain hit her neck. When she felt the spot she could see the red paintball hit her head on.
She had lost.

After Training

Thinking about where she could've gone wrong with her thinking, Momo felt a sudden cold feeling on her neck. After jumping and looking back she saw Snipe trying to offer her a refreshment.

"Sorry about that, I didn't mean to startle you kid, you just looked deep in thought.
Shaking her head and accepting the drink Momo comforted his worries, "It's no problem at all... I'm just thinking about how poorly I did in today's training.
"Is that how you saw it?" Snipe questioned. "Usually not even my trickiest villains last that long against me, and that move at the end mimicking my bullets was genius."
Momo looked up towards Snipe, "But I couldn't even land a scratch on me and you quite literally shot down my plan."
"Well that's because I have special bullets to prepare for those kinds of situations, if I didn't have those you would've gotten a pretty good scratch on me I'd say. How did you even think of such a plan?"
Thinking of the reason for the plan Momo got embarrassed and looked down again with a blush.
"I got it from a fr" A friend? Midoriya was one of the most helpful people in her life she cared for and admired him but could she be so selfish to call him a friend after what she last said to him?
Her face had sunken, "It was a plan that most closely matched the thinking of a person I admire."
...Hearing this reason Snipe could at least understand part of the problem, or at least he could understand that what's causing it is a lack of self.
"I see this person must be quite amazing"
"Yes, he is."
"And without that person even being here you were able to think of a plan that matched that aspiration and executed it perfectly. You may not have been able to beat me outright, but your mind and tactics are a cut above the rest."
Momo couldn't answer at first, the only thing she could think about was how she failed and how that might of played a part in how she hurt her friend.
Snipe saw this and tried to reinforce her spirit. "And ya'know with a mind like that you'll be able to catch up to him in no time."
Momo looked up at him.
"Do you truly believe I can catch up to him?"
"With a mind like that, you might even surpass him."
Momo laughed, she knew something like that would never happen... but even still.
"Mr Snipe. Let's train even harder!"

With Midoriya

Trying to catch the yellow blur deku wrapped his arms around the area he thought Torino would be when he got close but every time he tried he'd catch another boot to the jaw along with being sent into another sturdy wall. 'Damn the drill is gonna be over soon and I still haven't touched him even once. So much for a successor, I bet if she were in my shoes she'd do so much better.'
