After a thrilling performance on Bond Night, Frankie Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy were ready for another big challenge on Dancing with the Stars Week 4: Disney Night! The excitement was palpable as the iconic Disney theme filled the ballroom, and Frankie had a new style to master—Jazz. Known for its upbeat tempo and expressive movements, Jazz was a far cry from the sensual Rumba, and Frankie was eager to tackle this fast-paced dance.

With Disney-themed music in the air, Frankie and Val were ready to bring some magic to the floor. But this time, it was all about fun, flair, and personality. Jazz required energy, precision, and the ability to inject personality into every movement. No more sultry, slow movements—this week was all about high-energy kicks, sharp lines, and playful performance.

Val was full of energy, excited to see how Frankie would adapt to the freedom and fun of Jazz. "Alright, Frankie, we're throwing all the seriousness out the window this week. Jazz is high-energy, and it's all about sharp movements and letting loose. I want to see you pop, kick, and just enjoy yourself."

Frankie smiled nervously. "I'm used to being in control, but I get that this is all about having fun. I'm ready to bring some energy!"

Val continued, "Exactly! We're going to keep it light and playful. But also, let's remember the sharpness of the movements. You've got the athleticism, but we need that fun, Disney magic to really shine."

Frankie's confessional:
"Jazz is completely different from what I've done before. I feel like I'm so used to precision and focus, but this dance is all about energy and having a good time. I'm definitely nervous about letting go, but I'm ready to give it my all."

The rehearsal room was filled with laughter and excitement as Frankie and Val worked on their choreography. They were tackling a Simpsons-inspired routine, set to the classic theme song. It was going to be a performance full of big movements, playful expressions, and precise footwork. It was harder for Frankie since she had to work with such a heavy wig, and it hindered her dancing abilities.

"Remember, it's all about performance," Val reminded Frankie, demonstrating a sharp kick. "You need to show the audience you're enjoying this moment—don't just dance, feel the music."

Frankie, still feeling a little uncertain about letting go, worked hard on her facial expressions, giving it her all with each playful move. But there were still moments where she found herself thinking too much about the steps rather than the flow of the music. As the days went on, however, she started to loosen up. "This is actually kind of fun," she said with a smile, surprised at how much she was enjoying the energy of the routine.

The ballroom was transformed into a Disney wonderland, with the lights sparkling and the atmosphere buzzing with excitement. The audience was ready to be swept away by the magic of Disney, and Frankie and Val were determined to do just that.

Julianne Hough's voice rang out: "Will Frankie Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy bring the fun, sparkle, and flair of Disney magic to the floor? Let's find out!"

The music started, and the couple's playful routine began. Frankie was dressed in a vibrant, whimsical costume, radiating excitement. The Jazz number was light, fast-paced, and full of character. Frankie and Val brought all the Disney energy they could muster, throwing in high kicks, sharp turns, and big, expressive movements. Frankie's facial expressions were on point, and it was clear that she was having a blast.

As the routine ended, Frankie beamed with pride. She had really embraced the spirit of the dance, and it showed. The audience roared with applause as they made their way over to the judges.

Derek, who had been watching closely, was the first to speak. "I loved it! You've got the energy, and your personality really came through tonight. It's a lot of fun to watch you let go and just enjoy the moment. A few times, the footwork was a bit off, but I think that's due to your ginormous wig. Overall, your performance quality was fantastic."

Carrie Ann was next. "You absolutely brought the Disney magic tonight! There were moments where your feet weren't quite as sharp as they could have been, but your energy was infectious, and I love how you kept the performance alive the whole time. Well done."

Bruno added, "So much fun! You've captured the spirit of Disney beautifully. It was playful and sharp. I felt like I saw a new side of you. That is what I want to see every night!"

The two ran up to the balcony where Julianne was waiting to get their scores. Once they made it up there, she had to ask, "What's it like dancing with that huge wig?"

Slightly out of breath, Frankie responded, "It's so heavy. I lowkey thought my neck was going to snap off a few times during the dance."

Julianne giggled before she turned to the judges, grinning. "Alright, let's see what the judges thought."

Carrie Ann: "9!"

Derek: "9!"

Bruno: "10!"

Julianne smiled as the couple cheered, then announced: "That's the first 10 of the season. A total of 28 out of 30 for Frankie and Val tonight!"

The atmosphere was tense as the results were revealed. At the end of the night, two couples would be eliminated, and the tension was high. Frankie and Val were safe, continuing their streak of strong performances. But unfortunately, Reggie and Emma and Eric and Britt were not as fortunate and found themselves eliminated from the competition.

With their performance behind them and another solid score under their belt, Frankie and Val were looking forward to next week. The competition was heating up, but Frankie was ready for whatever came next. Week 5 would bring even more challenges, but she was starting to believe she could take on anything.
