Summary:

High expectations placed upon a young and aspiring hero, has forced some less expectant outcomes.

After being saved from an overdose attempt, said savior is set on making sure the young hero keeps living, even as the hero himself doesn't deem life worth living. So what will the outcome be, when things seems to take a change for the better? And how will these outcomes change as said hero starts to relapse?

His phone had been blowing up none stop, ever since he had left the class gathering. But there were far more important things, than answering his phone right now...

Red orbs looked down, only to see the exhausted and bloodshot face of his comrade. He couldn't even remember the last time Shoto had looked like this...

The said hero had fallen asleep barely ten minutes ago, but were already so far gone in his own head, that he were dead to the rest of the world. He briefly wonders when the last time said hero had slept...

"What have you been doing..." He couldn't help but mumbled, as his hand unconsciously combed through mismatched hair. When was the last time Shoto smiled? Laughed? Any signs of his graduation days...

A groan from the younger, made his hand stop instantly in fear of the other waking up, only for Shoto to press his face further into the pillow. He can't even remember the last time he saw Todoroki this soft... this peaceful..

... He wonders when the last time he ate is....

He seemed thinner, and he were definitely lighter from what Bakugou could feel while dragging him out of the bathroom... the bathroom...

A few flashes from the previous hour crossed his mind, as he remembers the empty bile and pills that he forced out of his old classmate. He didn't seem to have eaten anything.. not that it would matter now anyway...

His eyes glanced at the others' sleeping face one last time, before deeming the light snoring coming from Shoto enough of a clue to the others' state. He probably wont wake up any time soon... Atleast he'll have time to make some food in the meantime...

A creak sounded as he stood from the bed, but Shoto hadn't even moved an inch. He's really gone, huh?

A small smile crossed his lips, before he turned to leave the bedroom- his destination having been the kitchen, which left him surprised  as he had completely forgotten about its unusual state. How could one person make this big of a mess?... and how long had it been like this?

Plates were scattered all over the place, some seemingly clean while others looked like they had been used several weeks ago... none of them seemed to have been used recently though... The thought made his body move towards the fridge instantly, as he could only pull the door open to have his worst fear confirmed.

Nothing...

The fridge was completely empty, aside from a few dairy products that had expired last month. Had he eaten anything at all? Bakugou couldn't stop himself, as his body moved briskly throughout the entire kitchen- opening cabinet after cabinet, only to find the entire apartment emptied of any food at all. No wonder Shoto hadn't wanted to meet with their old class... everyone would of seen straight though his little facade...

He closed the last cabinet, before tapping his fingers on the kitchen counter. Would he be able to leave and buy some food? He would must rather avoid leaving Shoto alone... but if he's back within an hour...
