Victor and Louis slumped against the wall in relief. Victor let out a groan, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Louis, I swear to every higher power out there, you’re the clumsiest human being I have ever met.”
Louis blinked, offended. “Me? Clumsy? I'm not at all clumsy!”
Victor raised an eyebrow, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “Oh really? Let’s recount, shall we? The vase just now. The vase, Louis. Why did you have to brush against it like it was your long-lost love?”
Louis crossed his arms. “It was an accident, Victor! I didn’t see it there!”

Victor rolled his eyes. “Didn’t see it? Louis, it was a gigantic vase. A literal art installation. How do you miss something that big? What’s next? You walk into a wall and call it ‘unexpected architecture’?”
Louis scowled. “That’s one time! And that wall was suspiciously placed!”
Victor exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air. “Louis, remember the kitchen incident? Dropped the entire pot of soup—on yourself.”
Louis muttered under his breath, “That was slippery oil.”
Victor shook his head in disbelief. “Or the time you accidentally set off the fire alarm while trying to toast bread. Toast. Bread.”
Louis snapped back, “Okay, but who puts the toaster near the fire extinguisher switch? That’s bad planning!”
Victor smacked his forehead. “You don’t get to blame the architecture for your disasters!”
Just then, Henry appeared, walking into their bickering like a storm. Without a word, he smacked both of them on the back of their heads.
Both Victor and Louis groaned in unison.
Henry crossed his arms, glaring at them like an exasperated parent. “What part of ‘don’t mess this up’ did you two not understand?”

Victor glared at Louis, muttering, “Ask him. He’s the one auditioning to be the human tornado.”
Louis shot back, “Oh, like you’re perfect! You’re the one who panicked and dragged me into the wall!”
