Baekhyun's head must have been knocked too hard or he thought that he's already in heaven because he heard the gunshot yet he's still conscious. There was no pain. He can still hear the growling of the infected and the monsters trying to get him.

Or maybe he went to hell and the hell that awaits him is another chaos of the world.

"Don't you dare!" He heard a voice that he knew was familiar as it sounded like Luhan.

And another gunshot. Then a bomb. Then different unison of range weapons.

Maybe he wasn't dead? His head was just playing tricks on him?

Yet, it dawned on him, the gunshot wasn't his.

"Baekhyun! Stop acting stupid and open your fucking eyes!" Kyungsoo shouted.

He didn't realize he'd closed his eyes for too long and halted his breath.

Taking a deep breath, he opened his eyes, the zombies were still in front of him,

It took a moment before he critically dodged the tongue of a monster an inch close to his face.

He used the last bullet to hit the monster's head, it dropped on the ground.

What a lucky bullet, he thought as the bullet got through its eye and towards its brain.

That bullet could have ended him if his comrades had been late for a minute.

Another tongue swiped towards him, it held its arm tightly, and he felt it'd break off.

Gripping his samurai blade he slashed it through the air catching the tongue on its blade and dropping it on the ground to dodge the clawed hand of one of the monsters that almost got him.

Five tongues, there were five tongues already cut.

He heard a mixture of gunshots and growling altogether. His heart clenched and flattered at the same time when he saw what was happening. His mind was still spinning when another bomb quaked the ground for seemed like a few times already.

On his left side were Kyungsoo and Luhan and on the right side was Chanyeol's group both determined to exterminate the abomination in the middle in a way to save him.

Baekhyun couldn't do anything, he was trapped in the cage like a hamster and if he even attempted to get out, he might accidentally get shot by the raging bullets.

"Incoming!" He heard Jongin shout. Baekhyun dropped to the ground and covered his ears.

A loud explosion vibrated in the middle. Parts and flesh of the infected decorated the T Zone.

Dust and smoke whacked into the atmosphere making his vision useless.

"Baek get out of there now!" Chanyeol ordered. With his hands holding his blade, he opened the cell.

A zombie appeared in front of him, almost biting his face off when suddenly its head exploded.

"I got you, follow the wall!" Luhan spoke seriously, he was behind one of the cells on the left side of the T Zone, his eyes unwavering, his rifle pointing at anything that moved near Baekhyun. If this wasn't Baekhyun's life-or-death situation, he would have clapped and cheered at Luhan's mastery of his weapon.

Baekhyun followed what Luhan instructed following the side wall as he circled around the area because if Baekhyun's sight was negated by the explosion then also the infected. Except the Monsters for whatever capability they can and Luhan who was fixed on the second floor of the T Zone above them.
