You nervously walk to your bosses office, gently knocking on his door.
"Come in" his rough voice eachoes through the door.
You open the door and slowly walk inside only to find him staring down at his laptop.
"H/n" you whisper and his head immediately snaps up.
"Y/n" his voice falters slightly, "please sit down".
You walk in front of his desk and take a seat, the tension thick.
"I'm handing in my 2 week notice" you admit and he immediately stiffens.
"No" he immediately argues.
You laugh slightly at his sudden change.
"H/n, I need too" you respond after finally containing yourself.
"Is it because of that night, we promised it wouldn't change anything" he now stands and walks around to you.
"Please don't leave because of it, you're the best assistant and this company needs you" he begs.
"H/n-" you whisper.
"Please y/n, I need you" he now drops down onto his kneed in front of you.
"H/n I'm pregnant" you blurt out.
His eyes widen as he tensed slightly.
"I'm pregnant and it's yours, and I know you don't want kids so I thought if I left it would be easier-" you start to ramble on.
"You're carrying our baby" he
hopefully whispers to himself.
"Yes h/n, I'm carrying our baby" you admit.
He stands up and turns away for a second, taking a deep breath before turning back to you.
"Do you want to keep it?" He gently asks.
"I do" you quietly reply, a small smile in your face.
"I want to be apart of it's life if you feel comfortable with that" he says as he walks closer to you.
"Of course I feel comfortable with that, I always feel comfortable around you" you admit as he sits, reaching for your stoamch.
He quickly stops himself and looks at your for permission, "can i?"
"Of course" you reply while guiding his hand to your already growing stomach.
"I think you should move in with me" he says while standing up and grabbing you some water.
"Just so I can make sure you and our baby are always safe" he adds on, trying not to seem too desperate.
"I think that's a good idea" you smile as you notice his smile growing.
"And maybe I should stay here until I'm closer to giving birth, you know just so you can make sure we're safe" you smile.
He tries to hide his smirk as he notices your hand drifting towards his.
