Hanako's pov

HOW?!

Everyone told me he'd died.

The Third, Uncle Inoichi, Aunt Tsunade, everyone!

Even Nii-san said so himself!

I glared at the man who murdered my parents, hoping that all of this was just a nightmare.

It's not real... It can't be.

It can't be...

He walked toward me, with his arms out.

"Hello Hanako," he said, grinning horribly.

"Don't touch me!" I shouted, moving away.

His grin faded slightly.

"Of course you are upset," he said. "But I know we can both get over that little accident from the past."

"Accident? Accident?! You killed my parents! How dare you call it an accident! How can you even dare to stand here, before me, claiming that I will ever forgive you!"

"Oh, but you will," he said, grinning. "That is the only way you will be able to save your dear uh, what's his name? Oh yes, your precious Sasuke."

Hearing him say Sasuke's name only enraged me further.

"Don't talk about Sasuke in front of me!" I snarled.

He shrugged.

"Well, I know that you will never stop hunting for me, now that you know I'm alive. So that means you can't heroically stop your dear Sasuke and sacrifice yourself to save your horrid village. And I know that if Sasuke knows about me being alive, he'll know that you also want revenge on the one who caused you pain. He'll never listen to a word you say about how revenge is stupid."

He walked in a circle around me.

I contemplated his words, my temper slowly going down.

"All I have to do is not tell him about you and I'll be fine."

He laughed evilly.

"Dear, dear, Hanako, you are so naive. Remember who sent you here?"

"Hanako-san, I have a message from Tobi. He says for you to go to the nearest village from here and that you'll find a great surprise there."

Zetsu's words echoed in my head.

A message from Tobi.

So he knew.

Hitoshi looked at me, smiling.

"Finally figured it out?" He asked.

"You... you and Madara are working together?!" I exclaimed as horror washed over me.

"That's right," he said, cheerfully. "And who's to say that he won't tell Sasuke, himself about your little predicament?"

I stared at the ground as I began to feel sick.

"It's too bad your brother failed to kill me. If he had succeeded, then maybe you'd be able to save your love."

"My... my brother?" I mumbled out.

"That's right!" He said, with that horrible grin on his face again. "Remember about 4 years ago, when he was sent on his special mission?"

I slowly tilted my head up to look at him in horror.

"No...," I whispered.

"Yes. His special mission was to eliminate me. All I have to say is, I was expecting more I guess. He lost fairly quickly. All that rage... all for nothing," he sighed. "It doesn't matter now. I expect a lot more from you."

He pulled out a kunai.

"Now then," he continued. "Let us fight."

A large spiral appeared next to me.

"Hitoshi, I have told you already that you may not battle her yet," Madara said.

Hitoshi glared at him.

"You told me that you'd send her here so that we could fight," he said, angrily.

"Yes. So that you could fight another day. I still need her," Madara replied, coolly.

"You can't do that!" Hitoshi cried out, his voice now full of rage. "We are destined to fight!"

"You will fight. But like I said, on another day," Madara replied, firmly.

He grabbed my arm.

"Come," he said.

We teleported back to the hideout.

"I know it's a lot to take in," he said.

I punched his face, or rather his mask.

I turned away from him and headed towards my room.

"By the way," he called out to me. "I've already told Sasuke."
