I Promise (A Yeinkook Fanfic) [On Hiatus]

The sun shines through her white curtains and to her face. Yein slowly opens her eyes adjusting to the light. She looks at the clock and it reads '6.40'. She sits down on her bed and blinks her eyes a couple of times regaining her consciousness. She then remembers that Jungkook is sleeping at her house last night due to his fight with Jackson. She scans her room searching for the boy but he's nowhere to be found. She then spots a white paper on her bed side and takes it just to see it's a note from him

'If you're reading this then it means I already left. It's like 6 AM now and you look so peaceful so I decided to let you sleep and leave a note. Thanks by the way for last night and for letting me stay..

As she reads it she smiles to herself and mentally slaps herself afterwards. She decided to take a bath and get ready for the day. She wears her white oversized shirt and black ripped jeans and decided to go to Mijoo's house since she has no plans for today. She bid farewell to her mother since her father is still fast asleep and walks to Mijoo's house before knocking the door to her friend's house. She is greeted by Mijoo's mother smiling to her. She smiles back and bows before her mother letting her inside the house

"Have you ate breakfast Yein?" Mijoo's mother ask. Yein shyly shakes her head telling her that she haven't

"Eat here then.. I've made some waffles.. But can you wake up Mijoo first?" Her mother requested first. She just nods and walks upstair where Mijoo's room is located. She quitely opens the door revealing her eonni sleeping with the mouth slightly open. She giggles at the sight before hovering on top of her and jumps on the bed waking her up. Mijoo startles and opens her eyes surprise by her dongsaeng's action

"YAH! What's that for?!?" Mijoo said annoyed still sleepy. She's not a big fan of waking up in the morning

"Wake up.. It's like 7 in the morning.. You're mom told me to wake you up! Let's have breakfast together!" The younger said excited and hop off her. Mijoo then rubs her eyes and follows Yein downstair to be greeted by her mom

"Morning sunshine! I'm making waffles.." Her mother said with a smile on her mouth and eyes. They take a seat and eat the food happily. When they finished they thanks her mother for the meal before walking back to Mijoo's room

"I'm gonna take a bath.." Mijoo said grabbing her towel and walks inside the bathroom. Yein just ignores her and turns on the television watching a korean drama. After about 20 minutes Mijoo walks out of the bathroom all dressed up and smelling great

"What do you want to do?" Mijoo said as she sits next to Yein

"Mall?" She said looking at her friend beside her. The elder female nods excitedly before standing up grabbing her sling bag on the make up table and walks downstair with Yein. They ask for her mother's permission and she nods in agreement. They decided to stop by at Yein's house to take Yein's bag before leaving to the mall.

They stop by at an ice cream stop knowing that the mall probably hasn't open yet early at this hour. They talk and laugh while enjoying the ice cream for an hour before deciding to go to the nearest mall there. They enter the mall and it's still have a few people since it's still 8 in the morning. They walk in from store to store trying out stuff and buying some off them. They even tease each other as they tried the clothes. After a full 2 hours of shopping clothes they decided to grab a bite at a taco shop in the mall. They take a seat after receiving the taco and eat in silence

"Yein-ssi.." Mijoo suddenly breaks the silence between them. Yein hums in respon still chewing on the taco in her mouth

"Lately i have an eye on this guy" she said which makes the younger female surprised and almost spit her food. She swallows it and drinks her cola trying not to choke at her friend's word
