The wedding day began with a deceiving calmness—a soft morning sun streaming through the windows of the venue, the faint rustle of floral arrangements being adjusted, and the quiet hum of caterers setting up tables. It was serene, picturesque even. But, as everyone should have expected when Jisoo was involved, this tranquility was merely the calm before the storm.

The chaos began subtly.

The theme was “Ethereal Elegance,” but with Jisoo involved, it had turned into something closer to “Chaotic Extravaganza.”

Jeonghan, dressed impeccably in a champagne-colored suit, stood near the floral arch, swaying gently to soothe his three-month-old son, Soobin. The baby’s face was scrunched up in the universal prelude to a full-blown wail. Jeonghan turned sharply to Seungcheol, who was rummaging through a diaper bag as if searching for buried treasure.

“I told you to pack an extra bottle!” Jeonghan snapped, his voice a strained whisper to avoid startling the baby. “Do you expect me to nurse him in the middle of the vows?!”

Seungcheol looked up, his expression a mixture of guilt and helplessness. “I thought I packed ration for a military! There’s everything else in here—diapers, wipes, even teething rings, but no bottle.”

Jeonghan groaned and unceremoniously handed Soobin to him. “Fix this, or I’m letting him scream through the entire ceremony.”

Across the venue, Jihoon was engaged in a losing battle with his sons, Dino and Sunoo, who had decided the aisle made an excellent racetrack. Dino darted past, his hands clutching a tray of cupcakes he had pilfered from the dessert table. Sunoo, not to be outdone, let out a battle cry of “Attack mode!” and launched a pillow from the photo booth at Dino.

The projectile missed its intended target but struck Vernon squarely in the chest.

Vernon, standing like a statuesque observer amidst the pandemonium, blinked slowly. He turned to Seungkwan, who was trying (and failing) to look composed. “Did your cousin just launch a projectile at me?” Vernon asked in his typical monotone, as if discussing the weather.

Seungkwan flushed a deep crimson. “He’s not my cousin!” he stammered. “And I don’t control him!”

“I think you should,” Vernon replied, completely serious. “He’s malfunctioning.”

Seungkwan groaned in frustration, muttering under his breath as he stomped away. “You’re the real malfunction, Vernon.”

Meanwhile, Mingyu darted around the venue with his camera, a giddy grin on his face as he captured every chaotic moment. “This is wedding documentary gold,” he muttered, zooming in on Jihoon, who was now chasing both of his sons around a table.

“Mingyu,” Wonwoo called from a corner where he was sipping champagne. “Stop filming the disastrous gold and help fix this light.”

“No way,” Mingyu replied, angling his camera to focus on Jisoo, who stood at the center of the chaos, hands on his hips.

Jisoo’s face was a masterpiece of exasperation and disbelief. His designer suit, pristine white with silver embroidery, sparkled in the sunlight as he threw his hands in the air. “This is a DISASTER!” he declared, his voice carrying over the din. “Where is the officiant? Where is the ring? And WHY is Dino eating a cupcake in the middle of the aisle?!”

Jun, appeared beside Jisoo with a clipboard in hand. His expression was that of a seasoned detective surveying a crime scene. “I’ll find the ring,” he said with a calm determination that would have been reassuring if not for the chaos erupting around him. “Who had it last?”
