18] Specific Presence

  

" His dressing needs to be changed after every 3 days. He cannot handle the slightest of movements because of his broken ribs and he is not allowed to eat any food. Just anything and everything liquid. He needs high proteins and fibers in liquid form with continuous checkups. Not many people are allowed near him and the people staying with him must stay inside the room as it it fully sanitized. 

So whoever stays inside must stay inside and whoever stays outside must stay outside so that the infectious germs may not create problem to him. 

He is not allowed to be left alone for even a second and continuous monitoring is required. The oxygen mask must not be removed until and unless necessary. Whoever stays inside the room , must be aware and alert all the time. No one is allowed to touch him other than nurses until necessary as of germs. Also , he has requested specific presences compulsory around him. " 

The doctor spoke like a machine as Taehyung with his parents , his brother and in-laws listened to his attentively. They nodded before he heaved out heavily standing up from his place before glancing at Mrs. Kim who gave a tight nod making sure that no one saw this.

" Let me leave you till the exit. " Jimin said at which the doctor smiled before giving Jungkook's file to the two nurses that were staying in the mansion to take care of Jungkook. Taehyung made sure if those nurses were brilliant in their work or not and indeed they were. 

He couldn't joke around in this and wanted to make sure if everything went perfect. 

As the doctor was walking away , Jin's words stopped him in the mid , " What was it about compulsory presence? " 

Doctor looked at Mrs. Kim at that again before speaking , " He wanted Mrs. Kim to stay with him in his room. " He said making Taehyung look at his mother with a known look.

He had expected that. 

He knew that Jungkook wanted and needed her more than anything and it was way more better for her to stay with her than anyone as Jungkook was comfortable with her than anyone in the world.

 " And.....Sir Kim. " Taehyung almost laughed hearing it and thought that maybe the doctor was talking about his father but his thoughts vanished away when he saw everyone staring at the doctor with a jaw dropping look.

" What......are you talking about , doctor? " Taehyung asked, this time seriously looking at the doctor who frowned , not able to understand those facial expressions.

The hall went drop dead silent which shocked eyes and unreal reactions.

" Sir Jungkook has asked your presence to be compulsory sir. Kim...Taehyung. " Taehyung could swear on his life that he felt like he was dreaming and now he wanted to wake up.

" Did you somehow misunderstood the word Kim when Jungkook said that. He definitely must be talking about his father-in-law or his brother-in-law. " Jimin questioned raising an eyebrow at which doctor shook his head in a negative response.

" No, he didn't. He clearly spoke Mr. Kim's name. Which is understandable. He wants his husband near him , is it unbelievable? " doctor asked and this was the first time when Taehyung had nothing to say.

" You remember he said that? Like.....he wanted Taehyung in the room. Like , Taehyung? " Jin asked making the doctor now turn awkward.

" Why are you all acting like I said something impossible? " He chuckled , but when the atmosphere still stayed the same , he pushed his glasses over his nose bridge before clearing his throat. " I must leave now. " He said making Taehyung stare at his vanishing figure with still hue of shock in his head.

Jungkook had asked his presence.

Like , Jungkook asked for him.

Even the thought of Jungkook thinking of him was more than anything to him right now but Jungkook had done even more than that. He literally asked for elder to be present with him.

He licked his lips before looking at the nurses and then walked towards them only to ask , " I want to meet him. Can I ? " 

One of the nurse nodded saying, " But you must wash yourself before getting inside the room---"

" Bring me a pair of neat clothes Ara! " Taehyung cuts them off dashing towards the guest room at the ground floor , already opening the buttons of his shirt.

" What is he doing? " Jimin asked in confusion at which Mrs. Kim looked at her son carefully with narrow eyes before muttering under her breath, " He needs a proper lesson." before she walked towards her room to get cleaned too.
