As the night wore on, Jimin was deeply engrossed in his work, trying to meet the looming deadline. Suddenly, he sensed a presence behind him and turned to see Jungkook standing there, a sly smile spreading across his face.
Jimin let out a sigh of relief, "Oh, it's you." Jungkook's smile grew wider as he approached Jimin.
"Actually, the boss was asking about you," Jungkook said, his voice low and mysterious. "Tomorrow is the presentation, you know that, right? So, about that, we want your voice to make the project...more convincing."
Jimin's brow furrowed in confusion, "Oh, why don't you have it?"

Jungkook's laughter was awkward, and he leaned in closer to Jimin, his voice barely above a whisper. "Actually, I...my throat hurts."
Jimin's eyes narrowed, "Huh? Why?" Jungkook's eyes darted around the room, as if he was checking to make sure no one was listening.
"I think I used my throat too much," Jungkook whispered, his face flushing slightly.
Jimin's expression was skeptical, but he didn't push the issue further. "Um, okay. Let's go."
Jungkook's smile returned, and he gestured for Jimin to follow him. "Follow me." As they walked, Jimin's curiosity grew about where Jungkook was taking him. The corridor seemed to stretch on forever, the fluorescent lights above casting an eerie glow. They passed by a few scattered employees, but Jungkook didn't acknowledge them, his pace quickening as they walked.
Jimin struggled to keep up, his eyes fixed on Jungkook's back. "Don't you think the recorder cabin is a bit far?" Jimin asked, his voice slightly out of breath.
Jungkook didn't respond, his expression emotionless as he continued walking. Jimin's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with questions. What was going on? Why was Jungkook being so secretive?
The silence between them grew thicker, the only sound being the soft hum of the fluorescent lights and the echo of their footsteps. Jimin's unease grew, his senses on high alert as he followed Jungkook deeper into the bowels of the company.
