Chapter 45

Author's pov:

Everyone entered the house from the temple they did not go anywhere else, and directly came home. It was almost afternoon by now, everyone was tired. Avyan got a business call so, he got a side to receive it.

"Arika beta, get the lunch on table, I'll place the plate till then" siya said

"Jii" she responded and went to the kitchen to get the food, she returned after a few minutes, everyone took their seat except avyan

"Where is avi?" Arika asked no one in particular

"Don't know" the youngster responded,

She looked at the elder and they also nodded in denial. She walked towards the entrance, to the garden but he wasn't there also, where is he arika thought in frustration, she entered the room where everyone was having lunch lunch and saw avyan emerging from her study.

"Avyaannnn!" She said in anger

"Bolo meri jaan" avyan replied sweetly infront of the family, walking towards her making arika melt in his words.

'Say my life'

"Boliye?" He asked arika looked behind him, where everyone was looking at them with a smile playing on their lips, youngster again finding a way to tease them.

'Say?'

"Khana khalo" she responded in a low voice and walked towards the table, both took their seats for lunch.

'Have lunch'

Arika's pov:

I served to myself and avyan, he is beside me. We all ate while talking on random topics, joking, watching youngsters banter.

"Arika after lunch come to my room, I'll show you some ancient jwellery and photos of our family" dadi said

"We will also join" youngster said

"Fine. You can!" Dadi replied After a while we all were done with our lunch.

"Rose, I am in room I got some emails to check on" avi said and I simply nodded

Dad and chachu went to their room to take some rest and I, maa, chachi with youngsters went to dadi's room to see the jewelleries and photos.

Author's pov:

It's been almost 1 hour since everyone was involved in their work, still every youngster and ladies were in dadi's room. Avyan is still working on his laptop, he got a call so to relax himself he started talking while roaming in the room.

While talking his eyes fell in the picture which was slightly out from comforter revealing the picture of the girl, as he saw the girl in the picture his eyes couldn't believe, he squeezed his eyes, opening two-three times but still the picture is the same as displaying the same girl.

Disconnecting the call without saying anything and tossing it aside he rushed towards the bed, he flipped open the comforter getting the clearer view, he took the picture in his hand, his eyes getting watery.

It was the picture of her sister in which arika and her own sister anvi raghuvanshi who died at the age of 18. He caressed his sister's face.

"Anvi" he whispered, eyes getting more moist, he is seeing her sister photo almost after 6 years.

"Anvi, behna meri, my little sunshine" he whispered caressing the picture, his eyes fell on the diary.

Keeping the picture aside and picking the diary up, opening the cover, the first thing he saw arika's name written on it. He turned the first page and saw the date, the same date in which her sister died.

He started reading it each and every line, whatever he was reading his heart was not accepting anything, his inner soul constantly saying, this all are lies, but it all arika has written by herself, he took almost 40 minutes to completely read the diary which could be completed it 15 minutes if it would be red by normal person.

But it was hell difficult for avyan to read these and to accept it, he dropped the diary, eyes bloodshot red tears flowing, he got up from bed, pulled his hair in frustration

"Aaaaaaaa" he screamed his lungs out

"Why? Why did you did this rose? I fucking madly loved you. Whyy??? She was your bestfriend. Why you did this to me?? To my family?? Why the hell??" He screamed said

In anger he punched his hand on the mirror causing blood to ooze out, glass shattered on the floor.

Some glass fell on the box which was kept by arika, his eyes travelled there, avyan quickly sitting on his knees opened the box and turned it into upside down resulting all the stuff inside it spread on the floor, he was looking at each thing carefully, he picked up the key chain in which arvi was written combine name of arika and anvi.

He picked up the handmade bracelet which arika and anvi had gifted to each other, this way he saw many things related to their friendship. Standing up he wiped his tears with the back of his hand, taking the car key and stormed out of the room.

Avyan's pov:

She shattered my whole life in a few seconds, how can she do that, anvi and Radhika were her only friends. She destroyed everything, my family, my friends, my life. She snatched my sister from me.

"Whyy?" I screamed taking another sip of alcohol,

Before leaving the house I ordered a servant to clean the room as it was earlier. I don't want her to know that I am aware of the truth, with her real face. I want to hear from her.

"Why she did?" I screamed again pulling my hair

"Let me show you the real hell, Mrs.. Arika raghuvanshi" I whispered, with that I drank the whole bottle of alcohol in one go and drove the car at full speed to the home.
