"Anong tinitingnan mo?"

I stopped roaming my gaze around and looked at Eash, one of my classmate, when he asked me. I smiled at him and focus my attention at the front.

"W-wala. It's just that this place seems familiar," I said.

"Diba nakapunta ka na ng Pilipinas noon pa man? You're fluent in speaking Tagalog, that's why I've concluded that you've been here a couple of times already. You've never been here before?"

Umiling ako.

I've been to numerous places in the Philippines, but never to this city. But for some reason, I still find this place familiar yet I can't put my finger on it.

"This is my first time here as well. Anyway, I heard the student council is planning a little trip around the city together on the 6th day. Baka gusto mong sumama. Sasama rin kasi ako. Need ko rin kasing makihalubilo sa kanila para naman makilala ko pa sila. You know naman, I'll be running for the position of Auditor under Kharl's party list."

"I-I'll be staying here nalang. Enjoy ka."

"Alright then. But if you change your mind, you can always come with us."

"Yeshua de Mevius."

I heard my name being called and I immediately noticed all of my classmates were looking right at me.

"Tinawag ata pangalan mo," Eash said.

Kaagad akong pumunta sa harap at kinuha ang papel na hawak-hawak ni Kharl.

I immediately went back to where I was standing while reading the names na nakasulat roon.

My first thought was like, 'Who are these people?'

And then I saw his name on the last.

So ka-grupo ko siya?

Yeah right. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

"Patingin," Eash said and looked at the list.

"Uy, kilala ko 'yang mga 'yan. Tulungan kita mamaya."

Oh thank God he offered to help me find these people. 'Di pa naman ako marunong makipaghalubilo. As an introvert, that's just not my forte at all.

As what Eash promised, he really helped me find the students on the list. Nang tingnan ko kung sino nalang 'yung hindi ko pa nahahanap, si Kharl nalang pala.

Heh! I know he created this list so I'm sure that he knows kung sino 'yung mga kagrupo niya.

We went inside the hotel, and I could hear my groupmates talking and laughing. They already knew each other and were friends, while I just stayed quietly on the side.

Our room is on the third floor, so we took the elevator to get there. When we reached the door of our room, we realized that we didn't have the key with us.
