(Short chapter)
Waking up at 5:20 am is not for the weak, but I'm not weak but I'm also not happy.
I woke up ten minutes before we had to meet up so I could get ready, I grabbed my stuff tiredly pissed off, and looked at the camera that watched me over the door to my RV.
It looked down at me with a hum before an unlocking sound filled my eyes, along with a green light. I opened the door and walked to the changing rooms where we shower.
That is where I got ready for the day and walked outside to meet my classmates who tiredly yawned with hooded eyes.
"Good morning class. Today we begin a training camp that will increase your strength. Our goal is to increase your skills exponentially so that each of you earns a provisional license. This will allow you to face the dangers that continue to fester in the darkness. Proceed carefully." Mr Aizawa then looked my way, holding a ball.
"Look alive, Bakugo." He tossed me the ball that we used the first day at UA. "Try throwing that for me."
"Trying to see my progress?" A faint smile went on my face as I looked down at it.
Last time I didn't like I used all of my power, and I won't. But I could use a bit of it.
"When you first started school, your record was 763.4 meters. Let's see if you improved." I started to walk away from the crowd and out into the big open space.
People started to talk about it as I stretched and held the ball. I craned my neck to the side and looked at my hands.
Don't do any weird shit. Only 10%.
"YOU GOT THIS CHERRY!!" Mina yelled with a bright smile, Tsu next to her as she cheered with her and the other girls. "Blow the stage away!" Uraraka yelled.
A smirk went to my face. "What about blowing?" Katsuki scoffed. "STOP BEING GAY AND THROW THE DAMN BALL!"
I shrugged my shoulders and stepped back with my right leg, my arm ready to throw the ball. "You asked for it Pompom." Felling the heat in the earth's crust, I absorbed it and began to let orange orbs go around my hand before finally launching it.
BOOOM!!!
The ground shook slightly as a big explosion rocked in the air, the ball went away in a flash, faster than the speed of light.
"Damn it." I cursed to see my breath, clenching my fist.
I should've done 5%.
The class gasped and held their hands in front of their faces due to the dust flying around. A beep came from my wrist with the color red. "Calm down."
"You calm down." I hissed back before turning around. Aizawa had a plain face before showing the phone. Everyone gasped and looked at me. "You did it!" Mina shouted while running at me with a hug.
"That was 32,374.30 meters," Aizawa said plainly, but I could tell that something was off.
(Girl, I don't know math so if it's wrong🤫 no it's not)
"You had a single semester at UA, and due to your various experiences, all of you have improved. But those improvements have mostly been limited to mental prowess and technical skill. With a slight increase in stamina thrown in along the way. Your quirks haven't grown that much stronger. Not on a fundamental level."
