My head was ringing with different voices and thoughts, some weren't even my own, and others I couldn't catch.

I just kept my eyes on Todoroki's face which kept flashing to another man.

I was frozen and didn't know what to do. All I could hear were voices in my head and people in the crowd.

People yelling and cheering while the voices in my head were saying stuff over each other. Mix emotions filling me.

".ʏɿɿɘʜƆ" A faint voice called my name from the outside world.

My eyes stayed fixated on the man a few feet away from me. Still stunned.

"¿ʏɿɿɘʜƆ" The voice got a little louder.

Todoroki's face changed to a confused expression, something different that made the flickering worse. It made it go faster.

"¡ʏɿɿɘʜƆ" The voices were louder now- urgent, desperate. They clawed at the edges of my mind, fighting through the storm of noise.

Todoroki's face flickered again, morphing between reality and something else- someone else.

My stomach twisted. I knew that face. I had seen it before.

Where have I seen him ? When?

"Cherry?" The voice questioned, breaking through my haze.

A firm grip latched onto my shoulders, shaking me. The sudden contact sent a violent jolt down my spine, snapping my gaze away from the shifting man.

My breath hitched. Red hair and sharp teeth bared in worry.

"Kirishima?" I rasped, my throat dry.

His scarlet eyes were wild, darting between me and the boy who had me frozen.

He was saying something, but it was muffled under the weight of the voices in my skull. I felt another hand- rough, familiar- grab my arm.

"Makoto!"

Katsuki.

My head whipped to the side, locking onto my twin brother's furious scowl.

His grip on my arm was tight, grounding. "Snap the hell out of it!" he barked. "What's wrong with you?!"

His eyes studied me, trying to figure out what was going on.

My heart slammed against my ribs from what was going on.

"Tch- dammit," Katsuki cursed, his other hand igniting. "What the hell are you looking at?"

Kirishima tightened his hold on me. "She's not seeing right, man. Something's wrong-"

I sucked in a sharp breath as the flickering stopped. The shifting face solidified.

My blood ran cold.

"What the hell is it?" He demanded, but I couldn't answer.

The man standing before me was the one my mind refused to fully recognize.

I clenched my eyes as pain shot through my head, not knowing what was happening but recognizing the face that flashed in Todoroki's place.

"Makoto!" Katsuki screamed at me, shaking my shoulders once more.

My hands went to my head, clenching my hair as the pain throbbed.

"This is why she wasn't supposed to leave the hospital?" Kirishima asked with a whisper, talking to himself. Katsuki snapped his head towards him, freezing in his place.
