Chapter 32

I opened my eyes to see a black ceiling and a camera in the corner. A sigh left my lips before I sat up and turned to the left.

There was nobody in the RV but I thought I saw someone on the couch. A man watching me, but I might just be crazy.

How the hell did I get in here? The tooth fairy?

An unlocking sound came from the door as the light above it turned green. The door opened and revealed two people, Mr Aizawa and Mandalay.

"How are you feeling?" The cat lady asked while walking closer to the bed.

"I'm fine, what happened?"

The two looked at each other with worried expressions. "You passed out during one of your exercises, you were trying to ask me, and Vlad King, a question but then." He motioned a hand to me.

Damn, I can't even say her name out loud.

"What were you trying to tell them earlier?" The woman asked. I looked at my hands with a painful face. "I was trying to ask them if they knew a person. But I don't think I can say her name."

They stood there silently before Mandalay went to the counter and grabbed a piece of paper and a crayon since I couldn't have pencils.

"How about you write the name down?" She handed me the stuff with her paws and a small smile. I looked at her a nodded.

Grabbing the things I started to write.

I handed the paper back to Mandalay as Mr Aizawa looked over her shoulder. My teacher glanced back at me with his eyebrows together. "Is this one of the voices?"

I nodded my head and turned to look at him. "It's what-" Pain shot to my head, making me suck in a breath.

"Red calls me." I managed to get out while my head throbbed in pain. It felt like it was on fire. My hands shot up to the sides of my face, clenching my teeth.

The bracelet started to beep rapidly, the color black flashing. Aizawa shoved Mandalay out of the RV and closed the door.

The RV went on lockdown mode, all the lights turned red as the cameras watched me.

He looked at me while using his quirk, eyes red and hair floating. "Bakugo, breathe." He ordered. With my clenched eyes, I saw a flash of dark purple before I opened my eyes again.

I started to gasp for air and put a hand on my chest. "Are you alright?" The bracelet went back to normal, the lights stayed red.

I kept breathing and nodded my head. "I'm fine. Don't worry." Aizawa sighed, deactivating his quirk before he reached into his pocket and pressed something.

A couple of seconds later the lights turned back to normal while the door unlocked, the light above it turning green. Mandalay sprinted into the room, taking a look at me with wide eyes.

"Is everyone alright?!"

"Yes." We both said in tired voices.

She sighed, putting a hand on her heart. "Aizawa, I appreciate you looking out for me but at least give me a warning. Not all cats land on their feet." The woman joked.
