28. Don't leave me

HARRY

"It's Eleanor" Louis announced, and picked up "Hi, is everything okay?".

Harry was looking at Louis, and he saw him frowning.

"Is-" Louis started, but then he stopped talking, and his face changed.

What did Elenor tell him?

"What do you mean something's wrong?" Louis asked urgently through the phone.

That made him worry, was there something wrong with Matty?

"But that always..." Louis was saying, and then Harry saw the color draining from his face "What?".

Harry didn't know what was going on, but all of a sudden he felt as if there was something caught in his throat, and he couldn't get rid of it, he just couldn't.

"But what did they say?" Louis said, his voice shaky "Yeah... okay... bye".

Louis put his phone down, and he didn't say anything, but he had this look on his face that terrified Harry.

"What's wrong Lou?" Harry asked, trying to stay calm.

"I need... I need to go" Louis said, but he seemed so lost.

"Louis, talk to me, what's wrong?" Harry insisted.

"Matty, I..." Louis replied, then he looked around desperately "I need to go".

"I'll drive you, alright?" Harry proposed "Let's get your car".

"I..." Louis didn't finish, he just nodded urgently.

"Come on".

Harry held his hand, and lead him inside the building to go to the underground parking lot, where Louis' car was.

"Right or left?" Harry asked, he had no idea where the car exactly was.

"Uh... right" Louis said pointing in that direction.

Harry turned right, and when he spotted the car he quickly walked up to him, Louis right behind him.

"Give me your keys, love" Harry told Louis.

Louis had already taken them out, so he gave them to him immediately and they both got in the car. Harry fixed the seat and the mirrors (because Louis was shorter than him) as fast as he could, then he took the car out of the parking space and drove towards the street.

He had only driven a block, when he realized Louis was murmuring something under his breath, but he was only able to get bits and pieces, like the words 'why', 'fuck', 'no' and 'shit'.

"Louis, talk to me" Harry told him.

"I need to be with him" Louis said, his voice urgent.

"What happened? What did Eleanor say?" Harry asked as he came to a stop at a red light.

"Matty" Louis replied "Something's wrong".

"Is he vomiting?" Harry tried, he had seen that a couple of times.

"No, it's worse" Louis replied "And I'm not there with him".
