Chapter 18

Rachels pov :
Today is it. The day I start the rest of my life as Rachel Shuester the Yale student . I decided that I drive myself to the airport so I called a taxi . Its just easier this way because now I don't have to say goodbye to the one person I don't want to say goodbye to, Finn. I just think its easier that I don't have to talk to him because I know if I start crying I'll never stop. I got into the taxi and told him to drive me to the airport. When I got there I got out of the cab grabbed my luggage paid him and then went into the airport. I then grabbed my ticket and went to the boarding spot . Once I got there I sat down and started to look at pictures of Finn and I and all of the glee club I smiled and then I heard , "Rachel!" Somebody yelled . I looked over and saw Finn running towards me . I stood up in amazment . "Finn what are you doing here? " I asked him. He smiled, "You didn't think I let you leave without doing this." He said . "Doing what?" I asked. He smiled, "This." He then grabbed me by my waist and kissed me passionatley. "I love you Rachel." He told me while I was in his arms. "I love you too Finn." I said. "Promise me something? " He said. "Anything." I said. "Promise me that we'll always take the time to talk to eachother whether its text , online , phone call, skype just promise we'll stay in contact. " He said. I smiled and said, "I promise." He then hugged me tightly as they called for my flight, "Don't ever let me go." I said. "Never ." He said. He wiped my tears and then said, "Now go make me proud." I smiled kissed him one last time and then go onto my flight. As I sat down I looked out the window and I could see him as he blew me a kiss. I smiled and blew one back and then closed my eyes as we took off.
