jisung unlocked the door of the newly bought space, smiling to himself as he stepped inside.

"it's a little smaller."
chan said, walking behind him, holding two cans of paint.

minho walked in after him, holding a huge box with brushes and other equipment they will need right now.

"it is a bit tiny, yeah."
jisung nodded in agreement.
"but I think it will be super cosy. I already thought about the shelves we will put here, and I found an amazing looking ones, that are also pretty thin, so they won't take too much space."
he smiled.

"whatever you say boss."
minho kissed jisung's cheek, before putting the box down.

"we should probably start painting right now, so we will have it done by the sunset. I still have to go home, and I have work tomorrow."
chan said.

"dude, everyone has work. it's literally Monday tomorrow."
minho playfully rolled his eyes.
"I'm pretty sure you still haven't recovered from the new year's celebration."

"dude cmon."
chan shook his head in disbelief.
"firstly, it's already 7th of January, second, I didn't drink that much."

"sure you didn't."
jisung said sarcastically.
"but you know what you definitely did? you were VERY loud. dude, no one needs to know how good you're fucking felix."

chan cleared his throat, obviously embarrassed.
"uhm...well..."

"I have it recorded, so if you want me to share it to you so you can jerk off to it-"
jisung said.

"YOU HAVE IT WHAT?!"

•~•

jisung was straddling minho's lap, as the two of them shared sweet kisses, no sexy thoughts behind it. just the two of them enjoying each other's company.

it was officially the new year, which felt oddly weird, yet exciting at the same time.

{ "ah~" }

jisung stopped kissing minho, his head turning to look at the wall.
"did you hear that too?"

minho nodded, right when another sound could be heard.

{ "oh yeah, ah~" }

jisung got off of minho, almost falling on the floor, but he caught himself, and he rushed to the wall, putting his ear to it.

{ "fuck chan, you're so good~" }

"you're fucking kidding me."
jisung's jaw dropped.
"are they for real fucking?"

"gee I don't know."
minho said sarcastically, just as the bed started hitting the wall.
"maybe they are playing dodgeball."

"oh felix is getting RAILED railed."
jisung took out his phone and quickly started recording the audio, holding in his laugh.

minho was still sitting on the bed, watching jisung with a small, admiring smile. he was just so precious, too precious for his own good.

after a few minutes, minho stood up and walked towards jisung, hugging him from behind, his hands making their way under jisung's shirt, his fingers gently caressing his belly.
"isn't that enough evidence?"

"no, I'm waiting until they both cum."
jisung said.
"oh that's gonna be such a bribing material."

minho just snorted, resting his head on jisung's shoulder. it felt a bit...interesting to listen to all of that, but it only took another few minutes until it was pretty much obvious they were about to finish, and when they finally did, jisung stopped recording, a satisfied smile on his face.

"now my sweet sungie."
minho said, kissing jisung's neck.
"where did we end up?

•~•

"minho! stand still!"
jisung chuckled.

he was currently sitting on Minho's shoulders, holding a brush and painting the ceiling, because they forgot the extension stick that would help him reach the ceiling, so they had to improvise.

"but I'm standing still baby."
Minho smiled, holding jisung's legs to secure him and make sure he didn't fall, jokingly moving a bit to mess with jisung.

chan was painting the places that were difficult to paint, like around the light switch, because he was the only one with a calm hand and mind.

but he couldn't really concentrate on the painting. he had caught himself staring at jisung and minho much more often then needed.

truth be told, after hyunjin, chan was scared. scared that jisung is going to fall into another abusive relationship, into another relationship chan would not be able to save him from.

but whenever he saw minho and jisung together, he saw how minho was looking at jisung as if he was his entire world. minho was so gentle with him, understanding, and it was clear he cared about him, a lot.

and chan couldn't be happier about it.
he was really, truly thankful to minho.

jisung, minho and chan were sitting on the floor of the newly painted place, ordered fried chicken on the floor next to them, while they were watching the sun slowly setting down from the huge windows in the front.

suddenly, jisung reached for another piece of a chicken, before laying down and laying his head on minho's lap, who stared immediately playing with jisung's hair comfortingly.

"today was exhausting."
jisung said.
"thank you guys for helping me. if you didn't, I wouldn't even have a half of the store finished by now."

"of course, there is now way I would let you do this all alone."
Minho smiled.

"and this is literally where me and felix are going to work in a few months. it would be really mean if i didn't help. besides, im always here to help you ji."
chan said with a small dimpled smile.

"tomorrow im gonna go buy the shelves and assemble them. the faster we go the faster we have it done."
jisung said.

"can't that wait until Friday? I won't be able to come and help you until really late."
minho said.

"i can do it myself min, it's okay."
jisung gave him a reassuring smile.
"besides, i don't want to wait another week. we need the shelves here so we could continue with the atelier. I would just be sitting at home doing nothing the entire week."

minho sighed, reaching for a piece of chicken.
"are you sure?"

"yes, absolutely. and besides, jeongin is going to come over after he and felix close the bookstore, so i will have a lot of help afterwards"
jisung smiled.
"he doesn't seem like it, but jeongin is strong."

after they finished their meal, the three boys said their goodbyes, before the couple and chan parted ways, excited to finally go lay in their beds.
