jisung was sitting on his and minho's bed, glasses on his face, soonie laying on his lap as he was reading a book. it was one that was published just a month ago, and with all of the new bookstore thing, he didn't have the time to look at it yet.
until now.
he was flipping the page when he heard Minho coming in. he didn't pay much attention, and just continued reading.
"hi beautiful."
Minho said, before he started kissing his jaw.
jisung didn't do anything and his eyes never left the book's page. that was until minho went lower to his neck, gently sucking on the skin.
that was a wake up call for jisung.
"minho I'm not in the mood right now."
he said gently, even when he knew where this would eventually lead anyway. that's how it always was with hyunjin.
"oh, okay."
minho pulled away, and instead rested his hand on jisung's head.
"it's getting kinda late. should I cook dinner or do you want to order something?"
jisung just stared at him, completely caught off guard.
"why are you looking at me like that?"
minho chuckled, gently poking jisung's nose.
"I thought you wanted to have sex?"
jisung asked.
"I thought you said you weren't in the mood?"
Minho asked back, confused slightly.
"no I'm not, but you are."
jisung said.
"so what? I can survive. I'm not going to force you to have sex with me when you don't want to."
minho said with a small smile, before kissing jisung's forehead.
"you still didn't answer me. take out or home cooked meal?"
"uhm...I-I don't know."
jisung said.
"home cooked sounds nice?"
"alright then. any specific wishes?"
Minho kneeled so he would be able to face jisung.
"no. cook something simple."
jisung gave him a small smile, which Minho returned, before getting up, ruffling his hair and making his way out of their bedroom.
when he was out of sight, that's when jisung let out all the tears that he was holding back. he didn't even know why he was crying.
but for the first time in forever, he felt respected, and as if his body was actually...his.
not someone else's.

seungmin was sitting on the couch, eating cereal while watching a movie.
these days, he had thought about the Christmas he spend with Minho and his friends a lot. in a long, long time, he felt like...himself. he was smiling, laughing, without feeling anxious or like he wasn't appreciated. all of them made sure he was a part of their conversation, and whenever he spoke, he actually felt like he was being listened.
he didn't deserve this treatment.
especially not from jisung.
but at the other hand, it felt...nice?
letting go of his shell, and enjoy the night with people who just filled his heart was a very hard thing to do for him.
but he was so thankful for minho calling him that night.
especially, he couldn't stop thinking about one boy, who he spend the entire night talking away with. jeongin, who's laugh and smile filled the entire room with light.
conversation with him flew by so easily and comfortably, it felt like they knew each other for years. it felt like they understood each other.
it was something seungmin never had with hyunjin. and I mean never.
before they started officially dating, their relationship was strictly physical. he was the affair partner hyunjin spend his nights with, so it wasn't a surprise that they didn't really seem to have...just an understanding conversation. but when jisung was out of the picture, it never changed.
whatever seungmin said fell on deaf ears, whenever he wasn't happy with something, according to hyunjin he was just making a big deal out of nothing.
sometimes he wondered how his life would be if he and hyunjin never got together in the first place. maybe he would find someone else, who would understand him more.
but he would never find that out.
because frankly, he was scared of leaving hyunjin.
not because he was scared he was going to do something to him, he was scared of being all by himself again.
hyunjin brainwashed him into thinking he's the best boyfriend he could ever have, and that seungmin is lucky for having him.
so leaving hyunjin wasn't really even an option for seungmin. he would much rather feel this miserable than feeling alone.
because he hated loneliness.
and inside, he was convinced that when he was with hyunjin, he wasn't alone.
unfortunately, seungmin didn't himself know that being with hyunjin made him feel even more lonely. maybe he knew it, but he wouldn't admit it to himself.

"you know, I think that minho might love jisung more then he loves himself."
felix said, taking a bite out of his food.
chan smiled.
"yeah. when I was helping to paint the walls of the new bookstore, I couldn't take my eyes off of them. jisung is minho's entire world."
"you know, I spend so many years trying to open jisung's eyes so he would see how badly hyunjin treats him, in hopes of him leaving. because I know how much being with hyunjin was hurting him. so when I see jisung being with someone who would die for him...it just hits hard."
felix said, leaning against his chair.
"I don't have to worry about him anymore. I know he's safe and protected when he's with minho."
"yeah."
chan nodded.
"I wish for nothing more than for them to stay in love with each other."
"oh trust me, they will."
felix smiled.
"just like us~"
chan chuckled, hovering over the table and giving felix a quick peck on his lips.
"just like us."
they ate the food while continuing their conversation, smiling and laughing with each other.
the moon was shining up on them when they were laying in bed, hugging each other.
"hey, lix?"
chan whispered.
"mhm."
felix opened his eyes.
"I had this..question."
chan said, seemingly getting a bit nervous.
"tell me."
felix smiled.
"uhm...would you like to...I don't know...move in with me? I mean, we stay in either your place or my place together most of the time, and I just thought that-"
chan was cut off by a lips on his own.
"I would love to."
felix had a huge smile on his face.
"and you know what we could do? we could rent my place, and get some side money with it! I think it would be definitely useful in our current situation."
chan let out a sigh of relief, before pulling felix closer to himself.
"gosh I love you."
felix smiled.
"I love you too."
