minho was working late today, so jisung decided that he will be a nice boyfriend and go buy groceries, so minho wouldn't have to go for them later.

walking trough the aisles while pushing the shopping cart, he looked around, trying to find the items they needed.

"oh right, cheese."
jisung whispered to himself, before he turned around and made his way back to the fridges.

but just as he turned around the corner, he saw a familiar person.
"changbin?"

the said boy turned his head around confusingly, immediately smiling when his eyes set on jisung.
"oh, hi!"

"how have you been?"
jisung asked, walking closer to him.

"good, nothing too crazy. I'm more interested about you tho. are you okay? and what happened after that spicy confession?"
changbin smirked.

jisung groaned, hiding his face in his hands out of embarrassment.
"stop~, but yeah, I'm doing good. what even happened to you? you were gone when we went into the kitchen."

"yeeah, I heard what was going on out there, and after he confessed, I thought I will give you some privacy."
changbin chuckled.
"so, how did that end up?"

jisung smiled.
"well, we have been going out for three weeks now."

"I am super glad to hear that. I was so curious what happened to you two for so long, I'm so glad I finally got to know the tea."
changbin said.
"do you want to perhaps exchange numbers?"

"oh my god, I would love that!"
jisung said, taking out his phone and giving it to changbin, who typed in his number, before giving the phone back to jisung.

"call me so I have your number as well."
changbin said.

jisung nodded, and after changbin's phone started buzzing, he hang up.
"it was really nice to see you again."

"yeah, you too. I actually have to go now, I'm kinda in a rush to pick up my younger brother from his job, since we're visiting our grandparents today, so unfortunately I have to go."
changbin said, finally taking the protein shake from the fridge that he came here for in the first place.
"but we can catch up later on."

"yeah, of course."
jisung said.
"bye for now then."

"bye jisung."
changbin said with a huge smile, before slowly jogging to the cash registers.

jisung smiled, before he took the cheese and went on his way to get everything on his imaginary list.

seungmin was in the kitchen, sitting by the table, nervously waiting for his boyfriend to arrive.

ever since he had that talk with minho during the lunch, he had thought about his words.

"maybe you should try and explain it to him. I think that if you tell him that you're unhappy in your relationship, and that you feel unloved, he should try and make some change in himself if he truly loves you."

seungmin sighed, tilting his head back.
was this a good idea?
hell, was this even worth the shot?

hyunjin wasn't a listener, but at the same time, seungmin was tired. he was tired of feeling miserable because of a person who should make him feel safe and loved.

he heard the keys being inserted into the lock, his body tensing when the door opened.

"hi minnie, I'm home!"
hyunjin called out from the hallway.

seungmin took a deep breath.
this was it.
this was the moment.
he was actually about to do it.

he didn't move, and instead waited for hyunjin to come inside. when he did so, hyunjin smiled at his boyfriend.
"hi baby, happy that I'm home?"
he said, giving seungmin a quick peck on his lips.

seungmin kept looking at hyunjin.
hyunjin could tell something wasn't right.

"is something wrong?"
hyunjin asked when he actually noticed how serious seungmin looked.

"can you please sit down?"
seungmin asked.

hyunjin nodded, confused, before sitting on the chair on the opposite side of seungmin.

seungmin sighed.
"before I start, I want you to do something for me. please, let me finish speaking. don't interrupt me, and just hear me out, okay?"

hyunjin nodded, this whole situation and seungmin's serious face making him a bit uncomfortable.

seungmin took a deep breath.
"I love you, you know that right? I cook for you, have sex with you when you want to, cherish you, and adore you. I endure all of your outbursts, and all of your hard days. I do all of that, because I love you. because I want to be with you. the problem is, that I don't get the same care in return. I feel like I'm getting blamed for absolutely everything, and I can't talk with you about how I feel, because you get angry and leave me here, all alone. and I hate being alone, you know that. you know that better than anyone else. and I feel...a bit unloved in this relationship, unappreciated. all I'm asking for is just a bit of understanding. you're my boyfriend, someone who I should be able to lean on on my bad days. the problem is, that I can't even do that, because you spend so much time outside, that I don't even get enough of you."
seungmin said, getting more scared each word that left his mouth.
he knew that hyunjin would be pissed.

after a while of silence, hyunjin finally spoke up.

"that's bullshit."
he said.
"I'm literally doing everything you said as well, I cook for you, cherish you and adore you. why I'm not getting any credit? I literally do whatever I can to make you happy. that you don't get the same care in return? what does that supposed to mean? and that you feel unloved? that's an absolute bullshit. I do the best that I can. so deal with it."
he said, getting up from the table and walking into the bathroom, slamming the door behind him harshly.

seungmin sighed, closing his eyes.
but he didn't allow himself to cry.
because, he had expected it.
there wasn't anything to be sad over.

hyunjin will never listen to him, and he knows it.
so his feelings are not important in this relationship.
