Chapter 15: My Room

Ashley's P.O.V

I grab my Slumerican flag and unfold it. I smoothen out all of the wrinkles and walk down stairs and go in the living room.

"Aye daddyo do you have any nails and some thumb tacks?"

"Yeah."

We both walked out the the garage and look threw the tool box. He handed me a few nails and a hand full of thumb tacks.

"Thanks."

"You welcome Hun. Just don't lose them."

I run back inside and start hanging stuff up. After about an hour I was all done. I look around and everything was perfect. I walk over to my window and open it. Oh I forgot. I reach over and grab my cell phone. I messaged Hannah. But it wouldn't send. Great. Nancy turned my phone off. I throw my phone at the ground. I went down stairs.
"Um. I.. Uh.. Um.. I was wondering if you could put more time on my phone? Nancy turned my phone off and I promised my friend Hannah I would talk to her everyday but I can't cause I don't have a phone."

"Yeah we can activate it in the morning. After breakfast."

"Yeah I kinda need a new phone to. I just kinda threw it at the ground and it broke."

"Alright. I'll get you the same phone I got."

"Cool! Thank You so much. I'm gonna go to bed now. It's getting kinda late."

"Yeah, after I'm done with this JD I'm going to bed to. We will have a long day tomorrow so your gonna want to get a good night sleep."

"Alright love you."

"Love you to."

Than I walk up to my bedroom.

Yelawolfs P.O.V

I grab my glass and I Finnish my jack.

*buzz* *buzz*

I pick up my phone.

Me: Hey Maw Maw. How you been doing?

Maw: Good. How is my little granddaughter doing?

Me:Good. I just brought her home today. She really seems happy. She actually wants to meet you.

Maw: Great. Um.. When will you guys be headin' down ta Bama?

Me: I'm not for sure yet. We haven't figured that out. She is gonna get enrolled into a school here in Tennessee, but she already told me that she won't last long. All she wants to do is make a few friends.

Maw: Thats good. You said she had a eating disorder?

Me: Nah. She told the lady at the orphanage that she did. I guess the lady didn't give her any attention at all. So she thought that would work to get attention but it didn't. I told her all about your cooking.

Maw: Thats good. Well I'm gonna let you get some sleep. You seem sleepy. I love you Wayne.

Me: love you to Maw.

Maw: alright by.

Me: by.

I hung up the phone. Than went into the kitchen cleaned up a little bit and went to my room. I changed into my Alabama sweat pants and took my shirt off. I went down the hall to Ashley's room. I slowly opened he door and peeked in. He room was full of pictures of me. And she had the flag it was great. He blanket was on the floor so I walked over and covered her up with it. She was very pretty and she had crazy talent.

"Daddy loves you." I whispered into her ear.

I turn off her lights and walk out of the room. I go back into my room and lay in bed. I turn on the tv and watch MTV.
I slowly closed my eyes. Not even 30 seconds later my phone buzzed. Ugh! Who the hell is it now. I get up and walk to the coffee table where my phone is plugged in and look at it. It's from Marshall.

Marshall: Yo Wolf. Hailie wants to meet your little girl. If you don't mind you wanna come up and visit at the Mathers household for the weekend.

Me: Yeah man we can do that. We will fly there Friday. But we have to be back early Sunday she is starting school.

A few minutes later my phone buzzed again.

Marshall: alright man. I'm gonna go hit that sack talk to you later man. Peace out.

Finally I get to go to bed. I close my eyes and actually fall asleep.
