Chapter 18: Whoop whoop thats the sound of the police!!

Eminem P.O.V

As I walked into Hailies room I realize how much of an prick I have been to everyone. Now I feel bad. I look at Hailie and she looks life less. She has a wrap abound her leg since they just got here the doctors haven't done any work on her. Her whole head looks swollen like a basketball. I felt my tears slowly run down my face. Her heart was beating so slow. There where cuts and bruises all over her fave. The doctor walked in.

"Hello Mr.Mathers. How are you doing today."

"You think I'm doing good? My daughter is barely alive."

"I'm sorry for asking." He said in a rude tone. Does he think that I would be happy what the hell. "We got some feed back from the police. We still are yet to tell Mr.Atha. All we know is that they were smoking weed in the car. It's unknown whose it belonged to. Did Hailie ever do these types of things?"

"No! Never. She never did anything like this. She is a good kid. Straight A s. Never party's "
"Oh... One other thing I'm sorry we have to say this but Hailie is in an coma."

When he said that I felt my heart drop.
"She is going to make it right?"

"There is a 80% chance that she will make it. But the 20% she won't is still quite a high chance."

"Ok."

"Can my baby and I have some time alone?"

"Yes Mr.Mathers."

Hailies P.O.V

I could here two people talking in the room. One person was my dad. The other I'm not sure who, the doctor maybe. They were talking about me. My dad has always thought I was a good kid and all now he is going to be so disappointed. I wait a little bit and the room goes silent and I hear a door shut. I felt someone grab my hand.

"Hey sweetie its daddy."

I could hear the sadness in his voice.

"I want you listen to me. Please baby wake up I love you so so so much I'm not going to leave your side ever." After awhile it got silent again.

MARSHALLS POV

**two hours later**

I fell asleep. I wake up and grab my phone. I forgot to call Kim. I dial her number and tell her all about what happened. She was on vacation with he new boyfriend Max so she couldn't be hear. What I horrible mom.

"Dad?"

ASHLEY POV

all I was worried about was Hailie. There was a knock on the door and two officers came in.

"Mr. Atha can you please leave the room whe need to question Ashley alone."

The officer looked at me like I did something wrong.

"I'm not leaving my baby girl!" My dad said.

"Dad, just go it's ok."

He looked at me and walked out the door. The two officers sat down on the chair.

"Hello Ashley! I'm Logan and this is my partner De'quen (day-kwe-n)." The black male smiled.

"You can call me quen." He said with a smile.

All I did was smile back. "So, what do you guys need?"

"We have a few questions about the accident."

I nod my head.

"Where were you and Hailie at before the accident?" Logan said.

"Uh, we were at her dads house. My dad and I where staying the for the weekend. We where only there for about 30 minutes or so before we left."

"Where did you two lady's go?"

"Well we went to LC for some pizza. Got the pizza and we're heading our way home."

"Ok. That makes sense. Now we found some weed in the front passenger seat of the car. Was it yours?"

"No quen it wasn't mine."

"Than why was it on the floor where you were at?"

"I was smoking it but it wasn't mine."

"Who's was it?"

"I..I..I.."

"Tell us be honest we already know who." Logan said.

"HAILIES OK!"

"Can I be done with these irrelevant questions!" I yelled. I heard my dad clear his throat out side of the door.

"Ashley these questions are important! We need to know what happen!" Logan yelled back.

I looked at Logan. "I don't have to tell you sh*t!"

"Logan leave the room let me talk to her."

"Yeah what ever Quan." R started walking away. "Wow I guess all famous children are spoiled brats, with bad attitudes." He whispered under his breath.

I jump up out of my chair and jumped on his back. He fell to the ground I was on top of him. I started hitting him. De'quan pulled me off of him. "F**K YOU!!!" I screamed my dad barged the door open

"What the he'll is going on!"

Logan walked out the door.

"Sir everything is fine." De'quan smile.

My dad calmed down "alright at least everything is ok."

"Now, Ashley can you tell me what happen."

"Yeah De'quen." I cleared my throat " after Hailie and I left the pizza shop. She started smoking and she offered me some so I took it. We were passing it back and forth. We were going the speed limit and all but when she turned the corner she was a little bit to much on the other lane. I saw the car coming I watched it hit us. I saw her wip the wheel trying to get out of the way than it went black. I don't remember anything else. Well actually I screamed her name because I saw blood coming from her head. Than it went dark and I woke up here."

"Well Thankyou."

I hear a huge bang at the door. De'quan my dad and I All turned out heads at the same time. Three cops had there guns out pointed at me.

"Get on the ground!"

I looked at my dad worried as can be. What do I do.

"Get on the ground you are under arrest for insulting an officer."

I slowly went to the ground and put my hands on top of my head. I've never been in this situation before. The cops one by one cuffed my hands behind my back. I was crying. I look over at my dad he was crying. The cops told me that anything I say or do they can like threaten me in court with it so I kept my mouth shut. I looked at my dad he mouthed "I love you monster." And I mouthed back. "Love yah wolf"
The cop jerked me towards the door way and we hopped in the car. I couldn't believe his was happening to me. I'm going t Jail. I hopped in the car it was a silent ride to the station.
