"What happened? W-why was h-he crying, Jojo?"

Hajoon licked his lips, swallowing hard as he met his hyung's eyes when older asked him that..

His mind swirled with strange uncertainty as his eyes searched for older's face.

Because he had always believed that Jimin would never care about Jeon or Taehyung, not after everything he had been through. But now...

The way Jimin had woken him up, how his panicking voice over the phone was proof of something else.

He had been worried.

And If not for Jimin, Hajoon wasn't sure he would have even reached out for tae...

"Hyung..." Hajoon's voice was heavy as he sighed again.

"Tae left Jeon's mansion." Jimin's posture immediately stiffened at that.

"W-why?"

"I don't know," Hajoon said, frustration lacing his words.

"He's not saying anything clearly. But hyung... he's hurt. Really hurt. I don't know what to believe until he tells me himself."

Jimin shook his head slightly not knowing what to think of it.

"But Jungkook..he would never hurt tae...its unbelievable."

Hajoon exhaled sharply as heard older.

"So, what? You think Taehyung's just making this all up? You saw him yourself, hyung, how broken he is right now."

"Jojo, that's not what I'm saying." Jimin ran a hand through his hair, struggling to make sense of it all.

"I just mean... Jungkook has always been so protective of him. He'll never--" Hajoon scoffed cutting him off.

"I don't know since when you started believing your foes hyung... All I know is that I've never seen my Taeyoni like this, like he was last night..." He swallowed, his voice dropping to a whisper.

"Last night was unbearable. Taehyung isn't someone who would walk away over a petty argument. There's a bigger reason... and I'm going to find that out whatever it is."

Jimin watched as Hajoon announced. He turned on his heels and disappeared through the door, leaving it ajar.

While Mrs. Park and Jimin exchanged a confused glance, neither knowing what to say.

Jimin's thoughts tangled in his mind, looping back to the same haunting question.

Had Jungkook really hurt tae so much that he had to leave house?

He wanted to believe in the man he knew, the ruthless mafia boss who would tear the world apart to protect Taehyung. But now... his certainty was crumbling.

Whatever it was, Hajoon was right, taehyung wouldn't leave without any reason. And it couldn't be any reason except that jungkook had indeed hurt him so much that he had to leave on his own...

Jimin's thoughts broke as his car came to halt in front of the dark alley he wasn't supposed be at..

His eyes looked up through the car's mirror and found the certain apartment's door closed.. The apartment where taehyung was staying..

"You couldn't keep such precious person happy Jeon, you don't deserve him.."
