The episode begins with Shaurya talking to Viraj. Shaurya says firmly, "Kriti is not in the right frame of mind to marry anyone right now."
Viraj frowns and asks, "Do you know her so well, Shaurya?"
"Yes, I do," Shaurya replies confidently, his tone indicating he doesn't want to argue further.
Just then, Kiran walks in, looking concerned. "Viraj, where is Kriti?" she asks.
Viraj, trying to calm her down, replies, "I saw her with Abhay uncle." Then, turning to Shaurya, he says, "Shaurya, please help me. I'm going to speak to Dadu. But you need to make sure Kriti is okay."
Shaurya nods reluctantly, still lost in thought about the situation.
---
Meanwhile, Kriti is sitting with her father, Abhay, in another room. Frustrated, she says, "Let Dadu think whatever he wants to think. He doesn't know the truth, but you do. You know everything, Dad!"
Abhay sighs and responds gently, "Kriti, the truth changes with time. You need to think practically. Marrying Viraj will be good for you. He doesn't know about your past, and he will keep you happy."
Kriti looks away, her eyes filled with tears. "Dad, I only love Shaurya. He's the one I want to spend my life with."
Abhay's voice softens, but his words are firm. "Shaurya is your past now, Kriti. Marriage isn't a fleeting affair-it's a lifetime commitment. You need to let go of the past and move forward."
Kriti retorts, "Then why didn't your marriage work, Dad?"
Abhay's face darkens as he replies, "Because your mother wanted a servant, not a life partner. Marriage is about understanding and support, not control."
He pauses, then adds, "You know, I met Palki recently, and I see that understanding in her. She's sweet, even in just one meeting. Look at yourself, Kriti. Don't lie to yourself. Shaurya won't leave Palki. Whatever decision you make, I'll have to agree, but think carefully."
Kriti remains silent, her mind in turmoil.
---
In another part of the house, Dadu speaks to Palki. "Did I do the right thing by announcing Kriti and Viraj's marriage?"
Palki, ever polite, replies, "Dadu, you love Viraj a lot, and I know you want the best for him. You didn't do anything wrong. Viraj will make Kriti happy, and they seem to suit each other."
Dadu smiles. "You think I made the right decision, Palki?"
"Yes," Palki nods. "I do."
Just then, Shaurya and Viraj, who overheard the conversation, exchange glances. Dadu beams, preparing to hug Viraj, but Shaurya interrupts sharply, "Viraj doesn't want to marry Kriti. He's not ready for marriage."
Dadu looks surprised. "What are you saying, Shaurya?"
Palki steps in, confused. "Why are you saying this, Shaurya? Viraj should speak for himself."
Viraj takes Dadu aside to talk, leaving Shaurya visibly upset. Palki notices and follows him.
"Shaurya, why are you behaving this way?" Palki asks, puzzled. "What's wrong?"
Shaurya snaps, "I'm angry because Kriti's marriage is being fixed without anyone asking her opinion."
"Why are you so angry about it?" Palki probes.
Shaurya hesitates, then blurts out, "Because Kriti was only pretending to like Viraj to make someone else jealous."
"Why would she do that?" Palki asks, her curiosity growing.
Shaurya glares at her. "Who are you to interfere, Palki? Kriti can take her own decisions."
Palki, hurt, replies softly, "I wasn't talking about Kriti. I was talking about Viraj."
Shaurya shakes his head in frustration. "You seem to know Viraj better than you should. That's my mistake."
He storms off, leaving Palki wondering why they were fighting over Viraj and Kriti's marriage.
---
Elsewhere, Raajveer teases Anika. "Why are you so happy about Kriti's marriage?" she asks him.
"You wouldn't understand," he replies, striking a dramatic pose like SRK.
An old lady sees them together and smiles to herself. "They look like a couple," she thinks, deciding to inform Palki about it.
---
Later, Dadu approaches Viraj again. "You and Kriti suit each other well, Viraj."
Viraj sighs. "Dadu, there's nothing like that between us."
"Think again," Dadu insists. "If you don't agree, I'll cancel the marriage."
Viraj reluctantly agrees, but Dadu can tell he's still unsure.
---
Meanwhile, Shaurya searches for Kriti. Kiran stops him. "I spoke to her. She said she's ready to marry Viraj."
"What?" Shaurya exclaims. "Kriti said that?"
"Yes," Kiran replies. "I think her dad convinced her."
Shaurya finally finds Kriti and confronts her. "What's going on in your mind, Kriti?"
"Don't talk to me like that," Kriti snaps and walks away. Palki sees them but drops her phone, missing their interaction.
---
Dadu finds Palki and says, "Palki, I need your help. I wanted a Punjabi theme party, but people are showing up in Bollywood costumes! You're the only one who can fix this."
Palki smiles sadly. "Dadu, it's a matter between a husband and wife. I can't do much."
"You're very understanding," Dadu praises her.
---
In a private moment, Shaurya confronts Kriti again. "Was there ever anything between you and Viraj?"
Kriti snaps, "What about you saving Palki on Diwali night? You're acting like I'm doing all this for you!"
Shaurya's voice rises. "Palki is my wife! And you're doing all this just to make me jealous."
Kriti slaps him in anger. "Leave me alone, Shaurya."
He steps back, stunned. "Fine. Have a great life, Kriti. Congratulations on your marriage."
As he leaves, Kriti, overwhelmed, threatens to jump off the balcony. Shaurya rushes back, catching her just in time. "Stop this madness, Kriti!" he shouts, holding her tightly.
"Let me go!" she cries.
"No," Shaurya says firmly. "I won't let you do this to yourself."
The chapter ends with both of them in emotional turmoil, while Palki, unaware of the chaos, wonders what her true connection to Shaurya might be.
