CHAPTER 13: THE LEAVE AND THE TRIP

As I was running, I was figuring out a game plan of what to do. I would get Sophia, grab Morgans flame thrower, and leave time. Sophia And our ghetto selves with a flame thrower is that true shitt. Lets see. Sophia has a dog, so he could be like a guard for us. We didn't have any money or any transportation, so we were going to have to bring Morgan. She knows how to hot wire a car. She almost got arrested in London because she hot wired Niall's car. But shes not the point.

I was finally coming around the corner to sophia. I looked back i saw nothing. I looked forward and saw Sophia's house. At first i thought it was alex, but it was the new dude in the class named louis. I knew that Myra had a lil crush on him, but why was he at Sophia's house? I slowed down and peered around the corner. I listened to the conversation, they obviously didn't notice me.

It wasn't sophia doing the talking, it was alex. I remember when i used to like him. He was so nice, but not my type i guess. I kinda of fell out of him, and i to Tyrone. That sounds so wrong, but. When i finally came into focus of what they were saying, i had a socked reaction.

"You know she has so why don't you just kill her and get it?" This was alex talking.

"Because. You know that Tyrone is going to be there at every move she makes. She may not know, and we may not know it, but you know what he has and you know he has the know,edge that he can use against us. He knows about us. He used to be on our side. Now he's on he other side. We lost a brother who is now an enemy." Louis sounded very... Emotional. Like he had a painful betrayal or something.

A few seconds afterward, alex began to reply a sympathetic answer. "Look. I know he was the best we had, but we can make him come back if we get the girl. The girl is the one thing we need. We contact him. Next thing you know, we're back on him, he's back on our side, and we get what we want."

"You know it kind of sounds like you just want the girl. Do you have a thing for her or something? If you do. You might want to tell me now." This conversation was getting very brutal by the minute.

"No. Shes just my sisters best friend. Shes practically my sisters sister, except we have no relation to each other. Naw. Bruh chill. Ok. So. Anyway. So. Whats the plan?"

There was a moment of silence. "Ill call you."i could hear the footsteps go in different directions. I didn't know who was going in wha direction, so i hid in the alley over. I peeked my head around the corner. I turned to take a breath. I saw someone running right toward me. All i could see was a silhouette of a man. Of course at that moment, i do the first thing that comes to mind... RUN!!!

I ran straight into Sophia's house. Probably isn't the best move considering that, you know, alex lives there. As i walk in sophia greets me. Just after that she had to go to the bathroom, so she went. Alex was on the couch playing n the iPad in the deserted room filled with the bright sun that completely contradicted e everything i knew about him. But as i was sitting there casually, i decided to make small talk that, i would hope, get into, big talk? Do they call it that? Oh well. He ended up starting the conversation.

"Who do you like?" I looked at him awkwardly.

"Ummmm... I don't know why?"

Sophia and alex have a complicated family, and so do i, but i understand slowly. But basically alex is Sophia's 1/2 brother on her dads side. I figured id go ahead and get that cleared up so you wouldn't get confused at this next part.

He hesitated a little bit, but he managed. "Because i see you everyday with your friends, and i know y'all are talking about something, and i always got the feeling it was about the dude you like. I wS just curious. Can you just tell me? Please? I know it isn't my place to ask, but i just have to know."

I looked At him thoughtfully. I wasn't going to lie to him. I know that he was after me, but as long as i wasn't giving up too much information, i was good. "I don't like anyone, more than a friend right now, no. If your asking if i liked you, i used to."

"What happened?" He asked. At this moment i was wondering if sophia was pooping cause she was in there for about two minutes now. I decided that i couldn't just leave him hanging. So i replied.

"I don't know. I guess i kind of gave up. Knew that i would never get the courage to tell you, so i just gave up."

"Swear to me-"

THANK GOD! Sophia finally returned. I pulled her aside and told her my plan and why i was running. But i didn't tell her about alex. She said she wasn't going without alex. I had no choice. I had to have sophia with me. They packed up their things, and we picked up Morgan.
