After their divorce, they are meeting in a hotel after ten years. They separated because they had opposite perspectives during their marriage, despite marrying for love. Thyme loved Kavin, and Kavin was blinded by his love for him. The divorce had been incredibly hard for both of them.

"Hi, after ages."

"Oh, Thyme... it's been so long."

"Here for a party?"

"Yes, I came with some clients. Now that they've left, I thought of having a drink by myself."

"Can I join?"

"Mm... Yes."

(The bar was just steps away from the lobby. As they made their way there, Kavin slipped on the steps. In an instant, Thyme caught him in a bridal style hold, preventing him from falling. Neither of them was looking at anyone else. Thyme's blood rushed, his heart raced at the contact of Kavin's body. The scent he inhaled brought back a familiar possessiveness. Was Kavin still his? He wanted to kiss him, to tell him how much he had suffered in their time apart. Lost in thought, he suddenly realized he was still holding Kavin and quickly let go.)

"Umm, sorry... I slipped."

(Kavin felt embarrassed, yet he melted in Thyme's warmth. He remembered how many times he had been cuddled against that chest. He was moved by the moment but chose not to show it.)

"It's okay, let's go."

(They had a couple of shots. Kavin, slightly high, sat with flushed cheeks. Thyme couldn't believe how a middle-aged man still looked so ethereal. He wanted Kavin again. Jealousy stirred in his chest as he noticed other men eyeing Kavin at the bar.)

"It's past midnight. Shall we go home?" Thyme suggested casually.

"Yeah, let's go... I mean, to my house..."

(And then, Kavin passed out at the table.)

(Thyme hurriedly caught him again, booked a room, and carried him to the bed. After tucking Kavin under the duvet, nostalgia washed over him. He longed for Kavin so badly. Sitting near him, he traced Kavin's face with his fingertips. Still as beautiful, he thought. As he leaned in, his eyes caught something near the left side of Kavin's neck—a tattoo of his name. Thyme's heart pounded. That tattoo hadn't been there when they were together. It had to be after the divorce. The realization that Kavin's heart was still tied to him overwhelmed him. He couldn't bear the thought of another man touching or loving Kavin. Tonight had already been too much. He wanted to talk to Kavin, but he needed him sober. So instead, he lay beside him, softly ruffling his hair before placing a gentle kiss on his forehead. Sparks ignited within him, but he controlled himself and turned to the other side, sleeping peacefully.)

Next morning...

(Kavin woke up early and found Thyme sleeping next to him. Shame flooded him—drinking too much and now waking up beside his ex-husband. He turned to look at Thyme, who was sleeping like a baby. His hand moved on its own, tracing Thyme's cheek, jaw, and lips. They were as soft as before. Those lips had once belonged to him. He remembered how many kisses they had shared, how much love they once had. Their marriage had been real. But life had been tough. They were young, filled with anger, and stubbornness had torn them apart. Now, with maturity, Kavin wondered—if Thyme were still with him, would their love flourish instead of fail? The thought made his chest tighten. Without realizing it, he collapsed onto Thyme's chest.)

(Thyme's eyes fluttered open, and he smiled at the man in his arms. He held Kavin tighter, pulling him close.)

"I... I... am sorry, Thyme. It was my fault. I... I..."

"Don't stutter, Kav. I know you didn't fall intentionally."

"Please let me go."

"Now, that's a problem." (Thyme smirked.)

"Why?"

"Because I can't let you go again. When I saw you yesterday, I was so happy. I wanted to see you after the divorce, but my ego stopped me. I love you. Still... I love you like I did twenty years ago. When you slipped, I thanked heaven for sending you back into my arms. Again. I..."

"Stop this, Thyme. We are divorced. You know we can't be happy together. We oppose too much."

"Kavin, that's normal. We're two different people. But we can understand each other. I want you back."

"No, this is not happening... NO."

"Okay, then tell me—why is my name tattooed on your neck?"

(Kavin went speechless. He tried to move away, but sensing his attempt to escape, Thyme swiftly switched positions. Now, Kavin was beneath him, trapped like a deer caught by its predator. Thyme's intense gaze burned through him.)

"Come on, Kav, talk! Say something."

"I... I... don't know what to say."

"Look into my eyes."

(Kavin hesitated, afraid that if Thyme saw the love he still carried, it would be a disaster. He feared they would fail again. But as he slowly met Thyme's gaze, he saw warmth, love—just like before.)

"Kav, I know it was difficult before. We were distracted by work, business, and life. But keeping you beside me is all I ever wanted. You were my dream. And I know you still love me. You just try to hide it."

(Thyme leaned in closer. Kavin held his breath.)

"Relax, you fool. It's me. I'm your Thyme. Why are you getting so nervous?"

(Kavin's eyes welled up.) "I can't do this. Please let me go."

"No. After seeing my name on your skin, I can't let you go. And besides, neither of us is seeing anyone, right?" (Thyme smirked before pressing a kiss to Kavin's forehead, making him feel the depth of his love.)

"I'm scared, Thyme. I don't want to lose you again. We'll argue, we'll fight... I don't want to go through that again. It's better to stay apart—"

(Thyme didn't let Kavin finish. He crushed their lips together in a desperate kiss. After so many years apart, their passion exploded. Kavin moaned Thyme's name, and Thyme, overwhelmed with longing, showed him just how much he was still wanted. Kavin gave in. That night, they reclaimed each other, drowning in the love they had lost. Exhausted, they lay entangled, Thyme holding Kavin tightly against him.)

"My love, are we giving us a second chance? Because I can't leave here single."

"Hmm... okay. But... we aren't married anymore."

"Then we're getting married today. And if you ever mention separation or divorce again, I'll tie you to our room. Got it?"

(Kavin blushed, burying his face in Thyme's chest.)

"So... are we together now?"

"Yes, we are, love. Not divorced."
