I couldn't fall asleep last night. Or, obviously I did since I just got woken up by Jena, but it took me a while to calm my thoughts down. They were flying around like crazy in my head for at least an hour. Add that with the constantly spinning room from the alcohol that was rushing thorough my veins.
Josh kissed me and I can still feel the taste of his lips. It was... mostly alcohol but it still tasted like him somehow.
"You ready?" Jena asks me in front of the mirror. She's putting her hair up in a messy bun and I'm sitting on the bed trying to put a pair of pants on but it's a real struggle.
"Two minutes." I say, thinking about the pancakes that I'm having for breakfast in just a couple of minutes. I'm starving.

Me and Josh are normal. I thought that we'd be acting weird with each other today but no, we're like we always are and I hope that Sam and Jena thinks that too because I do not feel like explaining anything to them. I'd actually like it to be Josh's and mine little secret.
"I'm up for a real adventure today." Sam says while chewing on a piece of bacon "Something even more adventurous than climbing a mountain."
"What's more adventurous than that?" I ask with my mouth full of pancakes and strawberries.
"I don't know." he smiles "Like... what if we go on a hike? I want to meet a koala."
"Aren't they dangerous though?" Josh points out.
Jena shakes her head upset "Of course they're not dangerous! How could something that cute ever want to hurt anyone?"
"I have honestly heard that they're one of the most dangerous animals in the world." Josh explains "I don't know if it's true though but I've heard it for sure."
Sam sips from his coffee cup "Google it."
"Later." both Jena and Josh replies at the same time which makes them both point at each other while smiling ridiculous.
"So what about the hike?"
"Is that really a good idea?" I ask "We can't find our way round here and also we don't have any hiking stuff."
Jena starts smiling "I have an amazing idea. Let's go camping!"
-
After a lot of arguing Jena finally got her idea through and we're now off to rent a tent. First I thought it was a bad idea but now I'm actually really excited. Having a sleepover out in the wild with these three might not be too bad.
"We should get some pretty fairy lights to hang outside the tent." I suggest.
"That'd be really pretty." Josh agrees as he walks up beside me "Also, we need snacks."
Sam nods "And obviously we need sleeping bags and all that stuff as well."
Jena starts jumping up and down while walking "I'm so excited!" she said excitingly while clapping her hands.
-
A few, or many, hours later we finally settle in the woods. We're not completely in the middle of the woods but by a waterhole somewhere. Apparently this is a popular camping place so that makes me feel a bit safer.
Suddenly something comes to my mind "Oh my god guys!" I yell for all of them to hear. Josh is sitting by the water on a cliff, Sam is slamming a branch to a tree and Jena is putting up some fairy lights inside the enormous tent.
"What is it?" Sam yells back "Is there a snake?"
I laugh a bit "No, this just reminds me of when we made up a camp by the water in the movie!"
