Survive on My Own

Georgia here we come!

I feel asleep which was unusual for be because I don't ever really take naps. But I was suddenly awaken to the sound of Wade hitting a zombie.
I could hear Wade chuckling.
"Having fun driving,Wade?", I asked with a smile.
"Yea now that Bob is asleep I get to drive on my own", Wade replied.
"Yea, I turned around to see Fritz looking out the window and Kate sound asleep on his shoulder.
Alex was leaning on Kate. I looked to my right and saw Anna sleeping and occasionally twitching. Ava was starring at the seat in front of her. I ponder what she was thinking about.
We all had been on a great adventure so far and I looked back on how far we came.
The the car came to a compleat stop in the middle of the highway.
"Wade, what's wrong?", Ava asked.
Wade did not respond just pointed at a group of what looked like to be 50 or more.
"Oh..my..pickles", I said.
"What should we do?", Ava asked.
"Wade, do every thing that Bob told you not to do and speed in to those zombies!", I said.
"Yes, finally some action", Wade said.
"Brace yourselves,Ava", I warned.
Me and Ava grabbed the seats in front of us and held on.
"Ready to rock", I asked.
"Let's burn this candle!", Wade said slamming the gas pedal and speeding towards the infected.
We hit the first zombies and Wade could not stop smiling.
All I could see where body's being thrown on to the hood of the truck and going on to the roof.
When we came through the hoard of zombies Wade slowed down because Bob woke up.
"What did I miss?", Bob asked.
"Nothing to crazy", I said starting to giggle. This car did make are lives easier with the AC and all.
"Where are we Wade?", I asked "About 1 hour from Tennessee", Wade replied.
"Yes!", I said. Right as I said that the car stopped.
"Now what?", I asked.
"We are out of gas", Wade said.
"Darn it", Bob said.
